@@fshoaps I bought the blu-ray sometime ago, and, out of boredom, wached the behind the scenes videos. The director told Heath, in the middle of his performance,"...you're doing Johnny!" Good for continuity of character.
@@lukekiely2450 Yeah honestly Johny Depp just plays it like Johny Depp, if anything it was pretty clear watching the movie that Heath was heavily influenced by Johny Depp when it comes to his acting style late in this career. His take on The Joker is still unique though.
@@TheMrTEA-dc2eb Johnny Depp was never meant to be in this movie. He only joined the cast after Heath's death. Same with Jude Law and Colin Farrell. They were only brought in after he died to save the movie.
Truth, since Johnny has been trending lately I am seeing a lot of his clips from old movies and it's just reminds me of all the amazing work he has done. I keep seeing stuff and like" oh I forgot about that movie, it's so good"
that was great, so so great, Johnny takes my breath away with each performance, even if it was just 6 min in an other actors movie, just wow, he did act & move like Heath to make it sound like it was only the the face that was changed, Johnny is a Legend, guys!!! you got all our respect & love forever Johnny!!! thank you for uploading, never saw it before :)
To be perfectly truthful, it's not Johnny Depp playing Tony until the mask gets taken off; before that, in between Ledger going in and that point, Tony is played by a Ledger body double named Zander Gladish... which explains why the man who walks into the Imaginarium and hops across the lilypads looks more like Ledger than Depp. Just lettin' everyone know...
He only had so little screen time because he was doing another film at the time so he could only film for one day and three hours. Everything had to be done in one take.
I really love Johnny Depp’s face with the Heath Ledgers good looking face. My favorite 🤩 part of Terry Gilliam’s films 🎥 🎞 was Johnny Depp dance 💃 tango with the old lady 👵 with the lilies and slippers 🥿.

Fun fact: the director of this movie (Terry Gilliam) said that Ledger admitted that his performance in the movie was inspired Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow. This is the reason why Depp is acting the way he is in this scene.
"And remember: Nothing is permanent....Not even Death." - Johnny Depp
I love how the actors do a good impression of heath. Like just the way Johnny moves and acts is similar to heath
I think it's the other way around, my friend.

"youre such a wonderful speaker..." ... Johnny: "I know...... Get in the boat. "
Admit it, if you looked in the mirror and saw Johnny Depp you'd smile more
Not if you were heath ledger before.
Heath Ledger - Forever young
he was born to be a joker :p
That monologue Johnny gives at 4:26 about being immortal is so relevant to Heath...
No matter what anybody says, Johnny Depp is my favorite actor and musician, he will always have my support

Johnny Depp won the case:

Thanks my friend ☺️
I could tell the second I saw the scene that it wasn’t him with the mask on. 😋🖤
He only had so little screen time because he was doing another film at the time so he could only film for one day and three hours. Everything had to be done in one take.
a great message end there from johnny for heath there. 'Nuthin is permanent, not even death"
OMG i love Johnny sooo much
My idol Johnny depp ❤️😍RIP Heath Ledger
"don't shoot the messenger babe." 😂

Depp and Jude law, Colin Ferille gave their salaries to Heath’s daughter Matilda .
This scence first and end scence role heath ledger 😍his voice soo nice 😍miss you so much heath please come back 😢😢
La voz de Jhonny ❣️😍
"get in the boat" pahaha! johnny depp goes straight to my funny bone.
The speech at 4:29 by Depp...do you think the writers wrote that in mind of Heath Ledger? Me thinks SO
No it was already part of the script

Love you Johnny 😘😘💖
Getting some Sparrow & Roux vibes in this, w just a mere hint of wonka at one point
so handsome
It's a shame he joined the movie in such a small role, i would have liked him in a supporting role
His. voice.
johnny depp can be a joker like heath
When they were casting for the Joker, Johnny was the first person who came to mind, because of how he was in "Once Upon A Time In Mexico"
this is a masterpiece
''you're such a wonderful speaker..'' ''i know.. get in the boat'' hahahahha. gotta love johnny depp
Johnny voice is so sexy and he is literally looking like Heath
Where’s is the word that Tony said
"Don’t shoot the messager"?
Actually, it was written before Heath even died.
can't agree more :) i think your right my friend ;)
And then when Heath dies Johnny plays the Joker
This is the best part of the whole movie... :Q____

Where did you read that? I remember every detail of this movie when it came out in 2009.
you wouldn't recognized that was johnny depp... :)
Great, haha :D.
Even though it's just like almost 7 minutes, this felt like 2 :D. Ah well... Times flies when you have fun :D.
this is exciting
Hhhhh :3
the best part of the movie :3
Johnny! :D
Is there anything strange about me thinking that Johnny Depp saying 'death' is one of the hottest things in the world?
A bit of The Mad Hatter manorisms at 05:16 - 05:19 ???
ahahaha! 3:48 when he smells her breath, so good
Moonbin ah, you are forever young. For some reason, I immediately thought of Heath ledger with moonbin.
Nice)
and yeah i saw the comment below he acts a lot like captain jack in this scene!
I think he brought a little Jack Sparrow into the Tonto character from The Long Ranger as well cause Tonto reminded me of Jack Sparrow
Maybe idk I didn't really see it :0
Really? I guess it's just me
I guess haha
Its probably just you seeing johnny in Tonto cause johnny IS jack sparrow :p
it was great to see him n it, but you'd have thought he would've had more screen time out of it :/
I love him 😪❤️🎤🎬🎥💋🎩🌟💙🙏🏻
❤️
I live in an imaginarium right now. :)
The desaert scene reminds me in a way to one of the scenes from the Alice in wonderland Wii Game, just the background...
I just realized heath ledger sounded like chris hemsworth
I guess this saves me the data to have downloaded the whole movie.
