      @@Dlo-t1w just try to cut carbs for the most part (white rice,white bread 🍞etc…) instead eat whole wheat bread
      And I only eat 500-700cal a day to lose 0.5-1kg a day 🙂 and cut all sugar
      And eggs are amazing for weight loss 🥚

    I was 105kg during pregnancy. Now i am 54kg ive lost 51kg 🤗 my gw is 44kg for my height of 4.9" 😅 yes im short...
    I have 10kg to go. I am doing intermittent fasting, walking and trying to sleep well, and do a healthy high protein diet. Thank you, nice ideas in the vid.

    I will , start egg diet ,
    Breakfast: one egg boiled with some bread 25 gram and mint tea and cocumber
    Lunch: one Sweet potato with tuna 70 gram with 34 gram of bread and 16/20 gram of hot sauce with cocumber
    Dinner: 120/130 gram of watermelon with 25/40 gram of ricotta cheese and cocumber
    Snack: one biscuit bar with mint tea , that all

    Started egg diet today will uptade every day :
    Day 1
    Drinks chia seed water for breakfasts
    Lunch tomate soup and 3 eggs
    Snack a banana and chia water again
    Dinner only an boiled egg with a glass of lemon water
    Day 2
    I had chia seed water and ginger lemon tea for breakfast
    For lunch some cucumbers olives and 3eggs for lunch I , I had some pistachio as snack had a protein rice pudding without sugar for dinner

    I’m just wondering, when those K-pop idols weight very very little how are they not constantly sick (in like therms of sore throat etc, which is common while underweight)…?

    I'm confused, does this person keeps returning to the previous weight and then doing diet to achieve the same goal again? Because its a new series with the same weight goal as previous videos.

      No I think she is on a long-term diet. Her goal is 43kg, and she was 70kg when she started her weight loss journey. What she does is set small goals to achieve so she can stay consistent. So now she started her diet when she was 55 kg, and this video and the previous videos is about her going from 55kg to 43kg.
