No I think she is on a long-term diet. Her goal is 43kg, and she was 70kg when she started her weight loss journey. What she does is set small goals to achieve so she can stay consistent. So now she started her diet when she was 55 kg, and this video and the previous videos is about her going from 55kg to 43kg.
