And here is a CGB in it's natural habitat, the azorius control deck. When a CGB identifies a member of the mono red species invading their territory, they will torture their prey until they can't fight back anymore, and only then, they will deal the finishing blow.

Hi CGB, I've just made Mythic with a modified version of this deck, it's so strong in BO1! Replaced big Ugin with baby Ugin, since 8 mana is a lot in the maindeck. I've kicked out all the Aether Gusts and put in an extra sweeper in Time Wipe, 4th Fae of Wishes and Jeskai Narset. Sideboard is similar, but one card that shouldn't be overlooked is White Finale, it can close out the game against any deck, especially if cast at their EOT via T3f. If you are looking for a good BO1 ladder deck, this one still provides!

2x Karn - to fetch the destruction cards along with Fae

Multiple mythic Rakdos sac players drawing into narset and calling into graffdigger's cage, that says a lot about this deck imo.

It is fun to see red mage try out sacdos, because the lack of thought really shows with this list.

I like the deck. I was thinking of removing a dovin's veto in order to add a "ramp" card of some kind. I have had a couple games where I have ugin in hand or two opportunities to cast granted and being able to cast ugin one turn earlier would have won the game. What would be the best thing to fetch? a basic land would allow to cast ugin on curve at turn 8, a chromatic orb would allow casting it on turn 7, but could be destroyed or countered, Chromatic Orrery would allow a turn 8 ugin and other stuff but the same disadvantages of Orb. Any other UW options that would be better?

Question. How would this go if you swapped field of ruin for a karns bastion? Help you get to the ults faster and gives you another option to do on their turns.

That poor red mage... I mean, I'm an Aristocrats guy, so they hate me too. But... I don't torture them. I just hurt them while gaining life from them hurting me. This was a war crime.

Cool deck. I feel that the games would have gone differently if you didn't draw 3-4 interplanar beacons every game though. I'm not the best magic player but wouldn't it be better to put a win condition card in the deck, or side board? It's a brilliant control deck but after you control the board you're just stuck beating them down with fae of wishes for 20 turns haha
