Okay, as a Nigerian in her 20s who has never had sex. I have two reasons, 1. Because since I was a kid, sex had always been so deep to me, there's nothing casual about sharing your body. So I just personally made up my mind to abstain. 2. Because after I became born again I learnt God's purpose and intention about sex. Abstaining is not so easy but it's not impossible. Sometimes your body wants sex so much especially during ovulation and I eventually end up asking the Holy Spirit help me. Anyway it's still one of my proudest choices. I'm happy to be a virgin. I have a lifetime after marriage to have sex, no rush.

All of this has a common theme of parents failing their kids in a way. As Africans and especially Christians, we are hush hush about things like sex and money, and we let the world teach our children before we do. I hope to do better with my kids!

Didn’t hear a lot of “common misconceptions” though (things like the salt fable had obviously been discarded with their coming of age). The thing with sex is that it largely works DIFFERENTLY for different folks, and thus a very real danger of having an authority figure there would be to take her opinions as the normative one (except of course she makes it absolutely clear they are not).

First of, I love your editing style and the amount of creativity you invest into your videos (as a RUclipsr, I commend your HARDWORK). And yes, I’ve watched and still see many of your videos. I’m a subscriber too. I sincerely love your works. To my point 🙏🏾 Permit me to disagree with what most youth in this video and a few others think of SEXUAL INTIMACY before Marriage. I also appreciate your courage to openly discuss sex (atleast you’re not pretending). But the truth is, You may think it’s all fun and nothing wrong with engaging in premarital sex until you advance in age and truly come to the meaning of life to wish you never engaged in it. This has gone ahead to ruin so many homes, especially the sexual relationship with one’s husband/wife. This will not really come as a surprise to those who know and obey biblical principles, because the scriptural keys to happiness require that we learn and obey the principles of God on the terms of sex. It is a sad paradox that so many of those who have rejected or neglected God in their pursuit of sexual freedom and happiness often live miserable lives, and regret their youthful actions whereas the Christian, who is despised or ridiculed as being too “straight,” or “virgins” enjoys the very things the non-Christian is seeking. Nobody wins a trophy 🏆 for disobeying God’s commands on premarital sex. And it is not fun fun later in life. It is very okay to stay chaste till marriage. It is my prayer that many who have not previously considered Jesus Christ will begin to realize the fact that He does make a difference in one’s life. And those who proclaim Him will receive the disciplinary grace to simply obey His word that are bound to help us live a sane life on earth 🌍. To add more, When Jesus Christ walked the earth, He said, “Apart from me you can do nothing” (John 15:5). Obviously people can eat, drink, work, make love, and raise children without Him, but Jesus meant that without Him they cannot enjoy the maximum benefits of life. If premarital sex were without future regrettable consequences, then God would be a sadist and an implacable killjoy to prohibit it for people who he claims to love. This was a really good video. I was just scrolling down my feed and came across it this afternoon. I enjoyed the conversations which were honest and informative. The only issue I have is with a few comments I came across preaching "sex is a sin before marriage". This is a space with various ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds. You can't just pummel people with your religious take on a subject as natural as sex please. Everyone is not a Christian. Why is premarital sex an abomination when we’re not tied to anyone? Sex outside of wedlock being a sun Is understandable . We need to understand that as humans we are capable of mistakes I mean it’s biblical (Adam and Eve.)

This was a really good video. I was just scrolling down my feed and came across it this afternoon. I enjoyed the conversations which were honest and informative.
The only issue I have is with a few comments I came across preaching "sex is a sin before marriage". This is a space with various ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds. You can't just pummel people with your religious take on a subject as natural as sex please. Everyone is not a Christian. So if you're going to contribute something meaningful, it should be based on society, state and natural laws. Thank you and again, great show here.👏
