AJ is saying what is too often unsaid, because it might be seen as a threat to "how things are done." But if there's ever been a time to interrogate how things are done in the game, it's now. Not for questioning everything for the sake of questioning everything, but it's time to really look at how the game is played and, especially, coached, and be brave enough to change when change is called for.
