@Yash patel kis intension se kar rahe ho uspe depend karta he bhai happiness ke liye kar rahe ho toh hour ke andar bhi kaam chal jayega spirituality ke liye jitna ho sake aur productivity aur creativity ke liye 40 - 45 min but 45 min se kam me suggest nahi karunga kyonki utna vaqt lagta he pure silence ke liye aur results toh vaise 1 hafte mehi dikhega but the thing is samajh nahi paoge unko samjhane ke liye vaqt lagega woh dhire dhire hoga years months

From past few days I was finding its solution. Have a good routine being productive trying hard in life working and achieved a lot already. But always had this feeling in the end of the day sometimes it becomes hard and feels like I should should use money to help this feeling but I just couldn’t do it because it is wrong then I got exactly same answer and that is you have to find a higher purpose or something which gives a sense of fulfilment and also comes under the so called righteous things. It helped a lot. Not fully but still fighting with it and trying to get explore the insight

Im 20, nd I've never had a girlfriend nor do I have one now. Im not desperate for a relationship but sometimes I feel like I need that someone by my side, I find myself in a situation where sometimes I can't share my feelings with my family (I'm closest to my mom in my family) or my friends. I might be wrong but maybe if I had a girlfriend then at these instances she might comfort me, she might tell me that it's okay, and I might feel good and let go of the stress talking more about things and having a good time with her and help her with the same too.
