I think the reason Doja’s songs have so much longevity is because she does the unexpected. It keeps them from getting boring. I think that does tend to make the first listen a little uncomfortable for some people. But I loved Doja’s rapping verse from my first listen.
She has an extremely talented producing team behind her too.
