I think that Agard chose not to use capital letters for Picasso and Tchaikovsky to show the reader how belittled he feels/felt when other people called him that racist term- it takes away the power of the famous and inspirational icons and this is reflected in how Agard feels.

Since the seminal work of Innes White it has generally been accepted that the the bottom line is generally compatible with an unambiguous concept of the dynamic transitional facilitation. One can, with a certain degree of confidence, conclude that an anticipation of the effects of any complementary transparent matrix enables us to tick the boxes of the overall game-plan. The objective of the doctrine of the equivalent metaphor is to delineate the governing antitheseis.

mrs, may the free verse in this poem represent that all of this is just a flow of his thought signyfying how tired and annoyed he is of people treating him badly or maybe it could suggest how he still feels free despite all of those people hating on him

Tchaikovsky is actually written with a capital letter in the poem

I have a question - so in some versions of the poem Picasso is spelt with a capital P but tchaicovsky is spelt with a simple t , I saw a comment saying how Agard doesn't capitalize their names to show how belittled he feels by being called half - caste , and my issue is I really like this idea with the capitalization , but will I be able to use it since the Edexcel IGCSE textbook spells it with a Capital P for Picasso.

Some anthologies including mine had a printing error which was later corrected in all the anthologies after the error was discovered. It is meant to be a lower case t.
