Very true! I wonder if someday there will be a more general label of "Hawaiian coffee" with specific sub regions listed below that. It depends on legislation eventually designating either Kona or Hawaii more generally as a protected provincial status similar to say Champagne in France.

I am hoping to visit the farm soon and try out some of the other coffees from the islands.
