    Dr. Jessie offers both in-person and Telehealth +♥HeartMath hourlong sessions. The Heart Lock-In Technique is the third in a series of six HeartMath techniques that you would learn during a real-time session with Dr. Jessie, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Trauma Sensitive HeartMath Practitioner.
    Backed by over 400 independent peer-reviewed studies, +♥HeartMath Techniques can be a powerful way to enhance your brain-hart coherence, manage stress, and improve your overall wellbeing. Science-based tools and techniques help people manage stress and build resilience, increase positive outlook, reduce anxiety, improve focus, sleep better, and more!
    This video was created for Dr. Jessie's established +♥HeartMath clients to practice along to at home. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Any suggestions on how to clear the back of your throat with that little bit of phlegm and saliva without throwing off your heartbeat. So far for me it’s to swallow at the top of your breath. Or how about when you have to sneeze and you just breathe through it, most uncomfortable. Or… when you tire after 30 or more minutes and you swallow air and you want to burp but again you throw off your breathing. You should give some real session advice, maybe you do, haven’t explored any other vids. Maybe a history and evolution of HeartMath. Been using mine since 2003. Anyone remember freezeframer. Now that was awesome, need to bring back the finger sensor. Amitabh.

      Is it some kind of mild infection, or chronic? have try a nasal spray?

    • @mammaddenn8010
      @mammaddenn8010 5 месяцев назад

      @@Corteum no, what it is, is, the air quality is so bad on this planet, and after doing this for so long, you start breathing deeper, and it's the bodies natural defense kicking in, creating mucus to trap those toxins that we are constantly bombarded with . People forget there is so much outgassing from the materials that surround us, we are literally chocking on what our possessions are giving off.
