The stage is inspired by the Home Run Contest mode from Smash Bros, but it's themed around Alan Becker's Animator vs. Animation / Animation vs. Minecraft series. You can play solo in Practice Mode, or do versus AND co-op with friends locally or online!

Thanks to Kayeetle, frtoud, and Chmmr for recording some of the gameplay clips.
Animating these stick dudes is too much fun. I created the entire trailer for this mod in one day, and the whole project took me less than a week. I'm a bit happier with the animation quality this time around, and since the whole thing is pixel art there are fewer technical hiccups too.
I've been floored by the reception of my last AvM mod, including being featured on AvG! I hope you guys enjoy this one too. No promises yet but I have some ideas for another Alan Becker inspired mod in the future...

To anyone wondering, the distances of the bag in the clips shown (that I did at least)
- My mollo clip sent it 439 m
- My Amber clip (little orange cat my beloved) sent it 1883 m
- Bar Reygard (abyss angel dude who's in the very last clip ) sent it 1025 m
That'll just give ya a bit of insight as to what the relative distances of the clips are

Every time you upload a vid with these guys you make me want to see every Alan Becker character as their own fighter
I wanna see alan as a character himself, as the mouse
A kinda puppet fighter situation like rosa and luma where alan's mouse itself can't really do damage
But it can influence all the stickmen n stuff
Seeing you make a homer run contest with Alan's Becker theme makes me really happy and gives me hope that The Second Coming gets added as character especially after the new animation dropped giving him more potential moveset.

We got Home Run Contest everyone! It'd be pretty cool to see a Second Coming mod, Multi-Man Smash mod, or maybe - just MAYBE - a secondary taunt that varies for specific skins. Or maybe even all three. Either way, this is awesome!

How long did it take to make this animation?
I made the whole animation yesterday (but a lot of the frames are reused from the Yellow mod/trailer). The stage mod took a couple days
The fact that you integrated Rivals sounds into this Alan Becker stick figure animation while having it sound so perfectly in place astonishes me.

By the way, since Yellow is just such an awesome character, do you think you could do Chosen as a character now? He has loads of powers and stuff and they could all be utilised (like fire, ice, lightning, energy (which could all augment regular attacks too), lasers, combo-ing powers to make stuff like the lightning/iceberg bomb from Wanted, and more!), plus it would be cool to see Yellow and Chosen fighting lol
You should check out the TCO mod someone else made on the workshop a while back! It's pretty cool
I did! That's actually the reason I'm asking. I do like the mod but it misses out a lot of his powers and with your creativity you could make an updated version :p no discredit to the original creator of course@@muno
