Happy Birthday Glyn! We enjoyed Burrs Country Park, a really nice site. It was the first site we used with our new camper van as a try out to make sure everything worked before we took it to Spain over last Christmas and New Year. I love heritage railways so must go back there again. It was the "Santa Special" when we were there and fully booked up!
Nice video. Our paths are destined to cross at some point of that i am certain. This year had a 30 day trip that started in mid May and finished in mid June at Craigie Gardens Ayr, just as you were beginning your most recent tour. You stopped at Ayr at the start of your tour within a few days of us leaving. You moved to Forfar and visited my home town visiting an attraction a few minutes walk from my home. You have just posted this video on the very same day the final video of our trip was posted visiting Ayr and...Burrs Country Park. You also went to Stonehaven visiting The Ship Inn at the harbour, our favourite pub in Stonehaven. I am now constantly looking over my shoulder. 🤣🤣
Hi Bob, just returned home from burrs today after three nights in the van, with little warning the men’s wc,s were closed from 8am for essential repairs, now why couldn’t they just wait until 10.30 when they would be closed anyway, instead several dozen male campers to one disabled toilet, not very well thought out, had to use our caravan facilities but I’ll get over it.
