Terrible service...they are delayed about 10 to 15 minutes especially on the route that goes to Schenectady bus 370,353...when they inaugurated the new purple bus they started doing things well, now they do what they want with sight and patience of supervision...a little more seriously, gentlemen drivers... in winter times you should demand even more...
