Horses are beautiful animals and make fine pets. That said, you got a TON of guts to let him rummage through your home like that! He could crap anywhere so you’d have to pick it up. He could go schitz from a panic attack and trash your house. You dude, put a LOT of trust in your horse! 🐴
I thought the same. Horses first response to a lot of things is fear and flight. The horse could do immense damage in the house within seconds, not to mention severely hurting him or herself in attempting to flee something.
The poop is nothing compared to all the pee he could release. Yuck! And yeah, horses are very easy frightened and can seriously do damage and injure themselves trying to escape.

My worry would be slip and fall if the horse finds the floor slippery and spooks. But I'm guessing this horse is kinda curiously chill and very familiar with this place.

That guy is the definition of successful. I mean, nice big house, having a job, good looks, athletic body, a horse for a pet and manages to keep everything under control.

People underestimate just how affectionate a horse can be. This was literally my dream as little girl.
I have a 2 year old blue roan Tennessee walking horse mare that I got at 6 months old. She freaks out when I leave and wants to follow me around everywhere. And she licks me or noses me a lot. Just like this guys big beastie.

Yes lifelong. I got a 6 month old baby horse and she’s now 2 years old. She’s alot like this. She’s just my big baby. Horses live around 30 years and I’m 36 now. My little blue roan twh is going to be old when I’m an old man. We’re gonna age together. Horses are a reflection into your soul

I have witnessed a cat and horse be best friends. The cat would go into the stalls as I’m cleaning in the morning and meow at the horses. One of the old bay horses would nose him and rub the cat when it came up to him. He would even stop eating his morning hay and go to the other side of the stall because his kitty was meowing at him. Amazing to see. I hope my horse and cat get that close. My little mare and cat are comfortable around each other but not quite on that level yet

grew up on a farm with countless horses throughout the years and we had a full-grown paint and miniature pony who would always come in the house if the doors were left open for any period of time. we also had green carpet for awhile when i was really little and they’d always try to eat it. we literally changed our carpets to make sure our horses were safer exploring when inside the house lmao. amazing animals, i miss them so much 🥹🥺

Yea horse girl here and all I see is a disaster waiting to happen and then a grown up full sized horse that has been taught all its life to treat humans the way it would another horse, being labeled "dangerous" or "crazy", or better yet, probably has a brain tumor since the behavior "just came out of nowhere" and the whole situation ending with the poor horse being euthanized or passed around from home to home. horses have better proprioception than most humans. I have a average 2100 lbs shire and that horse will navigate a room or gap to the nearest centimeter without touching anything. It`s impressive
