You are 100% correct Josh! Baden is definitely playing a Cmaj9 which is a Cmaj7 with an extra 9th added on top (in this case the D note/3rd fret B string from your tab). The only thing I would change about your tab is to not let the high E string ring out when playing the Cmaj9, so: E-X A-3 D-2 G-4 B-3 e-X You could but I don't hear it in the song. The truth is every song I make a lesson on is my favorite for the amount of time that I'm working on it. As for Ocean Alley, I really like the songs I've already covered like this one, Lemonworld, and Confidence. Other requests I've gotten for them are Bones, Knees, and Holiday. Those are all great, too! Honestly Ocean Alley is one of those bands where I can put all their tracks on and just jam out to whatever comes on (others for me are Spacey Jane, Mako Road, Marlin's Dreaming, Connan Mockasin, etc.). Other favorites of mine that haven't been requested yet are The Comedown, Lonely Diamond, and Tombstone! What are yours?
