@@ThatsRightRecycling these were free99 🥳🥳🥳 the young woman had to get them out of the apartment parking lot per the landlord. So it was a good deal for both of us! I made a little money for easy work and she didn't have to pay a tow fee.
@@BAAMRanch oh most definitely!!! The biggest part of being the scrap guy is getting contacts! Always be polite and respectful, always show up when you say you will, and don't leave a mess behind. When you do that people will contact you again and again anytime they need something hauled off.
@ it would be interesting to pencil it to see what true experience(unrealized for tax reasons). Standard mileage deduction is 65.5 cents per mile. What percent of phone bill, sq ft of property for material storage, grinders, vise trailer, truck ect.
@@ThatsRightRecycling no 🤦🏻♂️ I wish I would have! Time was of the essence and I had limited space dragging them out of an apartment complex parking lot. After getting them on the trailer I was focused on getting them to the scrap yard! To sell as a "complete car" they need the cats, but I could've sold the cats and got $120/ton. Also should've taken off the aluminum wheels, but like I said was on a time schedule and didn't have an easy way to get them off🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
@ScrapDaddy365 import car's have the best value for cat's, but if you don't have the right connection to pay for them,then yeah sell them as is.. nice job Scrapper.

Room & time = $$$ but sometimes it's best to scrap it and keep going.
I think it’s worth it I scrapped one with dad and it’s was a good pay day! Awesome video buddy!
@@ScrapMan69 thanks brother 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Its worth it if you get them for less than scrap prices .

@ScrapDaddy365 awesome
You’ve obviously done a good job of building a network for getting material. The value of that alone is worth possibly 10’s of thousands over time
