Sotp Sign was confirmed not elligible for the debut, yes, but I think that applies to Winner as well. It's pretty obvious the creators will avoid picking popular RCs because of all the bias, so they're picking random, unpopular characters nobody really cares for.

I think you are thinking wrong
The way I see it is Jacknjellify purposefully choses teams with disliked contestants to lose
Think about it
Before episode 5, I think it was more random, but than they probably decided that a lot of people disliked David and Roboty so they made beep lose
That's also probably why beep and team ice cube lost so frequently
I also think that is why Death PACT and Bleh were safe for so long, Death PACT has no disliked contestants by the fans, and for Bleh, they knew people would just vote out Book so they waited and made Book a hero before putting them up for elimination
So I think Iance, Free Food, and A Better Name Than That will be up for elimination soon but I think it will be a while before Death PACT (obviously), The Losers (They know people will vote Firey but they want more Firey + Leafy bonding first), and bleh (the want to show Book and Lollipop grow as characters) are up for elimination
Or they just like choosing teams so they can continue arcs in other teams
The fact that GDNacho managed to guess correctly about Winner winning sounds cool in theory, but I think it's very obvious. just because loser exists, winner has to join.

My prediction if the split didn’t happen
BFB17: Without a split there would still be a debuter and it’s pretty obvious Winner will be the one. Let’s imagine that Two was just part of the challenge and the team with the least amount of members to stay with four loses, in this case FREE FOOD and Death P.A.C.T. would both lose but only one can be ufe. Death P.A.C.T. needs to be ufe so they lose the tiebreaker challenge. Anyways, elimination time. If I call out a name that person is safe. Remote! Tree! Black hole! Pen! Bottle! I think Pie and Pillow will be the bottom two after Bottle’s new character development. Pillow is hated for being extremely bland and Pie is the exact same, let’s see the results..... and Pillow is eliminated, not much to explain for this elimination HOWEVER, Winner will join on Team Ice cube! instead of BEEP and I’ll explain that later, for now we move on....
BFB18: I think that the creators would’ve put BLEH up for elimination again to even the odds, if I call out a name that person is safe. Teardrop! Saw! Ice cube! Taco! Book! The bottom two are Lolipop and Gaty. Gaty is boring and seems like she won’t develop much soon and Lolipop is rude and basically what GDNacho said in this video, let’s see the results....... and Gaty is eliminated(still), Lolipops fan base will save her here so lucky her I guess.
BFB19: I predict that FREE FOOD will lose in this episode, if I call out a name that person is safe. Eraser! Marker! Fries! Bell! Puff ball! Yeah we’re here again.... GDNacho was just really accurate so as normal, Yellow face is eliminated....

Since bfb 15s release, i think firey will gain more popularity as they are once again touching on her and leafy. Its a shame as firey character is built around leafy and coiny but coinys development means that without leafy there really isnt anything for firey.
