However, the humans think that Godzilla(which is actually Mecha) has turned on mankind and they need Kong to stop him. However, once Kong arrives, the real Godzilla senses it and thinks Kong is the threat to humanity. So, I'm pretty sure they'll beat the hell out each other, then team up to fight Mecha.
People always like going for the underdog (kong), as Zilla has litterally been built up to be "the king of monsters".. I have a feeling that Kong and Zilla will end up fighting on the same side.. Kong's gonna say "Martha"...

My idea is that at the beginning of the movie Mecha Ghidorah is destroying all major human cities. The humans being desperate to stop him bring Kong to help, but then Godzilla meets him before he even gets to his destination to fight him for real. They have a long history of hatred going back generations so thats all Godzilla wants to do, to show Kong who is the king. Only the real Zilla could do that atomic breath! This movie will be insane!
