We LOVE the Usbornne Illustrated Originals! My 5th grader gets so excited when we get a new one! "Railway Children" is on our schedule for spring & she's reading "The Wizard of Oz" now & finished "Black Beauty" just before Christmas!
I bought Mother Culture after you talked about it in a previous video. I have flipped through it a bit but plan to start reading it through the Christmas season while I'm up alone early in the morning.
So many goodies I’ve never heard of. The Mental Blox look great I think my kids would enjoy that! I keep almost buying a kiwi crate boxes and I think I will finally do it. Thanks for sharing.
Love this video! Thanks for the great ideas. I saw a few things i want to check out. I have the Mother Culture book and I love it too. I havent quite finished it yet because i have been savoring it a chapter at a time. I love the way it makes me desire to slow down and think about those little things that fill my cup. Also, the old black and white illustrations are so precious!
Nothing wrong wiv using technology for learning. Play dough is awesome for learning. Kiwi crate are for all ages. Baking is maths and science and cooking is deffo maths and maybe science depending on wat is being cooked esp wen the kids are in the kitchen.
