hmmm I have thought about that, and did work with a friend on moves. To be honest, I'm not trained in the that technique. I feel I wouldn't be doing justice to cueing form and that's not me. Believe me, I have done all kinds of work shops and certifications and that is one I haven't done. I know it can be a great cardio/strength workout. What I should do is get my friend to do one. 😜❤️
