    Michelle, Great workout! Thank you for showing variations for low impact. I am losing cartilage in my knees, so jumping isn’t something I can do these days.

    Did this workout this morning. I was super sweaty and couldn't believe I burned as many calories as I did for such a short amount of time. I was literally dripping sweat! I had another video of yours picked out last night and then when I woke up , I saw this new one. :) I got excited and YOU didn't disappoint and neither did your ladies! :) Thanks for a spectacular workout!

    so not sure how I missed this video but I really felt like you were speaking to me while I was doing it. Michelle I love lifting but sometimes I am scared to go heavy. You are right my legs and back are strong so I need to go heavy (push throughmy heels-not my toes).......I DID!! I WANT THE CHANGE TO SHOW IN MY BODY ❤. Thank you as always-you are great ❤

      hmmm I have thought about that, and did work with a friend on moves. To be honest, I'm not trained in the that technique. I feel I wouldn't be doing justice to cueing form and that's not me. Believe me, I have done all kinds of work shops and certifications and that is one I haven't done. I know it can be a great cardio/strength workout. What I should do is get my friend to do one. 😜❤️

    I love the no-repeat classes. But I’d like to see more ‘modified’ content instead of it being just a quick feature at the beginnings of the exercise.
