I got the Swedish one as soon as I heard jag förstå - I know a lot of Swedish, actually! I won the easy level for languages a few days ago, and I still cannot believe it - the easy level has 120 questions, so I kinda like and dislike this language guessing game at the same time, because there are too many questions and most audio samples aren’t using the standard accent of each language! Today I won the hard level for scripts, which has 200 questions - it just feels surreal! I also won the easy level for scripts, like a few months ago - I kinda memorized most of those scripts! I think one of the Swedish ones was mislabeled, because it said something like øynene / øyene at the end, which is a Norwegian / Danish word meaning the eyes, but in the one where it said something like optimism och framtid I knew it was Swedish because of the word framtid which means future - but the accents are indeed very different, not like the standard Swedish accent, so it can be very confusing! But it helps that I am intermediate level in Swedish / German / Norwegian and Portuguese / Italian / French and advanced level in Dutch and writer level in English and native speaker level in Spanish and upper beginner level in Old Norse / Icelandic / Welsh and beginner level in most other Germanic / Celtic / Latin languages and in Hungarian and Slovene, so many times I can just recognize words, not necessarily the accents, which can be very different from the standard accent - some of the different accents can be so confusing, for example, sometimes Hungarian can sound like Swedish, but if it catch words like mindig or meg or minden or egy or lenni etc, I immediately know it’s Hungarian! Trying to tell the difference between Thai and Vietnamese and Chinese is the most difficult for me, so I had to actually memorize each audio sample, rather than just guessing it - Turkish can also sound like Russian sometimes, so it’s not easy to guess! 😂
I got number 7!
Number 7 will shock you
