10:26 - 10-40 Lol I love that you started peeling off the microwave protective plastic sheet and “couldn’t stop”!!! Love how consistent AND thorough you are. You really are perfect for these reviews.
Excellent review. I'm due to stay here in a few months. Couple of areas for them to improve but overall seemed a nice room - glad you mentioned high standard of cleanliness. Thanks.
Florida is where Sonny's The Carwash Factory is made. It's one of the biggest car wash manufacturing companies in the world. It is located in Tamarac, Florida.
Yeah. I DO Agree There’s Quite A Few Things That Needs To Be Updated And Changed And The Rooms ARE Very Dark. I Love A Lot Of Bright Lights Myself. Other Than That. I DO Agree It Is Somewhat Decent.😃✌🏼
Those Staybridge Suites 2 bedrooms are normally 1 king in each bedroom. Being it is near Disney, they are jamming more bedrooms in there to draw a bigger family.
Oh wow Jacob, you're in the same part of Florida where I stayed for my Disney wish trip of 2008 at a resort called Give Kids The World. It originally opened to provide wish kids with life-threatening illnesses with a magical place to stay during their wish trip to Disney World or any of the Orlando theme parks, and everything is all inclusive the resort itself is a theme parks on its own!
To fix this messed up/noise on the compressor on unit number three, here is one, banging!!Banging is usually a sure sign that there’s a loose or broken part - a connecting rod, piston pin or crankshaft - inside the air conditioning compressor. Or perhaps, your indoor blower is unbalanced. A banging noise may also indicate that your system needs a compressor replacement .
This is similar to something that happened near me. Years ago there was a Springhill Suites near the mall. It became a one off hotel, called Summit Suites. Recently work has begun and they’re converting it to a Staybridge Suites
The really cool thing about Orlando/Kissimmee is since it’s such a massive tourist destination because of all the theme parks and stuff, there’s a massive amount of hotels and resorts. And because there’s so many, you can find really cool resorts and hotels for dirt cheap, something that would be worth $400+ anywhere else.
yep, there are so many cool hotels in Orlando (and Florida in general) that it makes it hard to choose! Even when looking just within the Marriott brand (there are at least three flagship Marriott's in Orlando). When we first went to Florida I ended up deciding on the Orlando Marriott World Center which is worlds largest Marriott. It has 2000+ rooms in multiple towers and a large convention center. It also has the largest pool that I know of at a hotel in Orlando (along with a second large pool and a indoor pool which is rare in Florida).
What an interesting room. They got 90% of it right, but the 10% they missed is just odd stuff that shows a lack of attention to detail, from a design perspective. I suspect they drew up the renovation; it looked good on paper; and then they didn’t verify that it translated well.
Last extended stay I was in was in 2020 a Hometown Suites in Cincinnati Ohio midtown. I stayed twice last year in a 2 bed 2 bath suite it had only opened now going on three years ago I believe very nice place while their kitchen was small their 2 bed 2 bath was laid out better than this and had somewhat of a bigger kitchen. It wasn't too bad for a little over 200 a night.
As far as the bedroom units making noise my thoughts would be perhaps could it be related to the beds being so close to the units and them not being able to work properly. I am not sure if that would be why but, I don't think it be good for them either.
I have never seen a hotel that doesn't put covers on the comforters? Did you raise that with the hotel and did they respond? Would you stay there again if you had call to visit the same area?
I'm glad you finally made it to Orlando!!! I've been waiting for the longest time to see you come here and see what hotel you'd end up staying at, and I have to say, this place isn't NEARLY as bad as where I would've expected you to stay! Still, this place definitely does need a lot of work and could be better, but at least you didn't stay at a roach, hooker or drug dealer palace like I would've expected you to!
What a dump! The a.c. units look dangerously close to bedding, fire risk. Looks like they went cheap, low quality on refurbishment of property. No excuse on fridge doors not being reversed. You're not knit picking when it's true. Good reviews
This is quite a disappointing hotel. I imagine this hotel is run with the mindset that they don't expect anyone to be building any loyalty and therefore can ride on doing the bare minimum to keep with the brand standards.
Yes! So thankful for new hotel videos. Travel content is what I truly miss the most.

I actually love this hotel. Fantastic value. Location. Amenities. We usually book here or mariott towneplace up in flamingo crossings.

No shit
Looking forward to the next video.

The fridge door is a classic.

Wow. Finally in my neck of the woods!
This is seriously one of the most interesting rooms I’ve seen! Awesome video Jacob!

I think I stayed here years ago when my family took a trip to Disney. It looks a lot better now than it did then.
Will be staying here with my family of 6 in May and I'm very thankful for your video. I am very excited and I think I picked a good one! :)

I am so excited to watch this! Thank you for making videos and hotel reviews!!!
Looks like your camera may need replacement. But yeah, the place looks nice
No shit
It was probably recorded by his phone.

This seems like a nice hotel. I used to live in Tampa and went to Orlando often! It was awesome living close to multiple theme parks!! Stay safe!
I don't live too far from Kissimme, I'm in Orlando! Nice to see you down here.
If the compressor is noisy on this unit and it’s messed up, you have a undersized problem with this unit in bedroom two

if your in Miami can you go to Silver star carwash and do the Ryko R7B there it works :D
Yikes, hope you got a decent deal on this one
Very interesting room, or should i say appartment.
Sure its bigger than my 40m² appartment
If the compressor is noisy and the units messed up, in bedroom number two, I believe this unit is undersized
You and I are exactly the same in so many ways - like for real - I'm ALWAYS peeling the plastic off of stuff!
Hey I pretty much live in the Comfort Suites on the other side of Old Town. 😆
Did you go to Old Town or were you strictly going to the parks?
The low lighting is for you to "Not" to notice all the flaws!! 😆 😂 That's their purpose.
Wo, that's nice. What's with th strange bedding 😂

Cool review, Jacob! Did this hotel have fire sprinklers?
So sad for an IHG property. Then again, it is, essentially, Orlando.
It's sad how stupid people think how Kissimmee is Orlando and it's not and the hotel he was in was Kissimmee not Orlando
Love your channel, love your voice, love your content. Just wish you'd upload more material more often my friend. ;-)
Why is there an amusement park Like a block away from there?
I have never seen a hotel that doesn't put covers on the comforters? Did you raise that with the hotel and did they respond? Would you stay there again if you had call to visit the same area?
It looks like they haven’t finished the renovation. Like the big stuff was done but they are still waiting on more to finish it.
@the elevator channel
Have you ever met Adam The Woo?
Yeah they probably need to improve a little bit
No shit
@@BrandondHasty Do you ride the short bus?
Yeah, the beds against the hvac units is weird .
Originally it probably was a single queen bed.

Hey Jacob welcome to my state hey if dieselducy comes there I might know I subscribe to you guys cuz I live in Lakeland
good furniture is the first step. fridge door opening that way keeps the cold in.
nice but too dark
Hi Jacob would like to meet you here in Miami Gardens Florida
Why do people care how the beds are made? Lol it's meant to be slept on Jesus christ
But other than that pretty decent

Not the best
Nasty. Just nasty. Report this sty to the company.
Bro is complaining about everything.
