@@ricoviii1 Looks like it is mostly the consumer side stuff that is on sale.
I assume you tried using your Pixel 2 charger (with USB C to USB C cable) to get the PhoneSoap Go to work. Try a USB C to USB A cable instead and connect to a power adapter that uses USB A. Let me know if that one works.
That is how I tested the USB a port. It was the USBC to USBC that was the problem.
@@Wanderer001_Reviews No, no. I'm saying some devices that have "USB C" ports for charging aren't actually capable of being charged from a USB C to USB C charger.
You'll have to use a power brick that has a female USB A and connect it with a USB A to USB C cable. Then plug the USB C end to the USB C port of the sanitizer. Complicated, but it's more like a marketing thing I guess.
