I love the Theory of The Ones being former Celestials and that they merged with The Force. My theory is the Rakata rose up against the Celestials who instead of fighting them and causing tremendous damage to the Galaxy, merged with The Force and years later influenced the creation of the Plague to the Slaves Races that stripped the Rakata of their Force connection.

  • @daniels7907
    @daniels7907 Год назад +57

The Rakata would have likely been even more powerful if they had successfully reverse-engineered the most advanced Celestial (or even Kwa) technology. It seems more likely that the Celestials either joined completely with the Force, thus moving beyond the Rakata's reach. Or else they simply left the galaxy to find a less troublesome place to live.

  • @eds1942

I really wish they had more time to develop the Ones.
I think that the Celestials was a catch all term for the creators prehistoric super advanced technology rather than just one species or groups of people, like for instance, the Kwa.

  • @joker-sh5hv

My theory is they were simply a mortal humanoid race and father was the one of (or the very) first person to study the force through balance rather than a dicotomy of light and dark.
Through this he was able to acheive the ultimate state of being in the force which is how we see him in clone wars- effectively making him immortal and as powerful as we find him. then he worked to embue his planet with the same power he had in the force, or it happened just by him being there in the planets presence.
From there his humanoid children saught to reach their fathers level, first the son- selfishly drinking from the dark side pool, then the daughter in an attempt to help the son with the well of knowledge. Bringing them both to the level we find them, and now embodying the state of the force in the universe.
the force itself would reject the absurd influence these beings had on it, thus it wills the chosen one to find them to eventually remove their impact on the force and the galaxy.
Just one of many steps anakin has to take to put the force back into balance.

    • @thalmoragent9344
      @thalmoragent9344 Год назад +2

But if the father balanced the force, why was Anakin needed to arrive and mess with the balance, and cause all that destruction that led to Mortis being annihilated?
Mortis was balanced before Anakin arrived, and with the father dying, Anakin needed to take his place, or they'd need to all die off for there to be less OP beings, but Anakin is THE OP character.

Well it’s the ones from Mortis who’s images guarded the gate to the world between worlds which suggests they built that and If they had access to all of time they could have gone back and been the celestials that built all those things not their descendants kinda like a grandfather paradox, before returning to mortis in exile when they got too powerful

I like the idea of the Ones being descendants of the Celestials, or former members that were marooned in the galaxy. It reminds me Jason Audron in Legacy of Kain, and how he is the last remnant of a once great race. And how vampires there are basically the 'leftover' descendants of the original Ancients.
I would hope the Celestials escaped into the Unknown Regions in the lore, or into another realm entirely. It would suck if they all got destroyed after getting trapped by their own barrier, and one of the great species that built the Star Wars galaxy met their end that way; it's basically the ultimate act of screwing over both yourself and the galaxy out of noble intentions, considering all the chaos that happened in the following thousands of years in the galaxy. Didn't something similar happen to Balin and the dwarves in Lord of the Rings, where they got entombed in their own kingdom and picked off slowly by the Orcs one by one, after trying to restart the civilization there? The theory that they merged with the Force is also fascinating, and would make a lot of sense given many of the events of the SW series.
I love these videos on the lesser known lore of Star Wars. It's also fascinating to see how all these incredible Force users, and what is the greatest power in the galaxy, have basically been reduced to Jedi and Sith 'playing with swords' on the bridges of Star Destroyers and space stations in the main era of the canon. Man, what a fall for Force users.

True. This is why there is no canon conflict about the "first" Jedi Temple being on Ahch-To rather than Tython. The Je'daii were a more neutral, less activist, Force order that focused on the Balance and had limited involvement even with the non-Force sensitives within their own system. The later Jedi were interventionists focused in the Light and seeking to help build what would become the Republic.

What I think happened to the Celetials is they became one of the force, letting themselves die out and passing their teachings to future races ensuring certain beings would not dominate the galaxy entirely, giving all a fair shot to help the force grow.
The Ones could be the last guard and most powerful beings of them and were left behind in order to help guide the galaxy for as long as they can taking on the root aspects of the force itself>
I think this is why the Father was looking for another powerful enough to control his children and bring balance to the force. And I think this is why their can be more then one Chosen One in the case of Luke and Anakin killing the Emperor.

I’m going to ramble on here but bare with me.
First off I’m not a fan of the sequel trilogy. But love the legends books, I’ve read the Bane trilogy multiple times, think every prequel fan should read Plagueus(it adds so much to the politics).
Anyway, I think it would of been an interesting route to take that skywalkers and palpatines were descents of the ones/celestials which would explain their power in the force. And that unbeknown to them, when one of the ones dies the force would create a replacement who would take their place and it was the job of the ones to contain Abeloth as a cosmic punishment for creating her.
Anakin was supposed to of been a replacement once he’d reached his potential as a Jedi but was corrupted by Sidious so that task had fallen to Luke.
Luke wouldn’t of been on the island waiting to die and had actually taken up the mantle as “The Father”.
Rey and Kylo’s “raw” strength was actually due to the fact that they were destined to be the new son/daughter. The force was speeding up there power growth because Luke couldn’t hold off Abeloth alone for much longer and Snoke was actually a servant of some Abeloth worshiping sect who wanted to free her.

Wasn't the original life of Ahsoka have been dead and the daughter's life transferred to make her more powerful in the Light Force? Would she not end up the future of the Jedi Light Force than Anakin? Just wondering??

From what I understand, it was more of a super advanced form of Force Healing where the Daughter used what was left of her own life force to rekindle Ahsoka's. Remember, the Ones were capable feats with the force that most people weren't even able to understand, let alone consider as viable for their own use. Force Healing, force lightning, mind control, telekinesis, using the force to shape one's form, these are all abilities that are known to the mortal users of the force but abilities that the Ones showed to replicate - only on a massively more advanced and more powerful scale.

@@Bacontats Jedi propaganda. Sorry having a light and dark side and saying only the light side is balance is shit writing and shows that the writer doesn't understand the word balance. True balance in the force is using both sides when necessary but not use it all the time or one in perticular. It's obvious from Lucas' own writing even if he himself thinks differently - he wrote it that neither Jedi or Sith is the right way and either both should be disbanded or join forces if you pay attention. Making it black and white without a grey area which is the naturally best path literally takes everything interesting out of it. If you look at it... the Je'daii order only started fighting each other when outside forces brought an unbalance. Before they were all about balance of light and dark and it would've probably stayed this way forever without the Rakata. The black and white view of the force makes the force an unnecessary and boring plot tool.

@@classarank7youtubeherokeyb63 Because balance has NEVER had to do with being both. Balance is a state of serenity/harmony of the force. The selfish use and abuse of the force by the sith/darkside users is what threw the force out of balance. So the force created Anakin as a messiah type figure to purge the Sith and bring balance to the force.

They didn't know any better. They tried out the balance thing, only to fail because you can only align with one, not both. And thus their order broke out into a civil war. The light vs dark.
No, he NEVER called himself balance. It was fan fiction interpretation. Someone gave a better explanation of the father that better fits the lore Lucas created. And that is the father represents the will/balance of the force. Balance being the light and not both.
The son is driven by his own ambition and the daughter is driven by selflessness. However, the brother leans close to the darkside and its use. His obligation to submit to the father prevents him from actually tapping into it.
That is until near the end of the arc when the son accidentally kills the daughter and then succumbs fully to his own ambition by swearing off allegiance to the father and truly falling into the darkside. The father then says that "the balance of the force has been broken", because the son had fully defied the will of the father and of the force by choosing to twist it in his usage of the darkside, and destroyed all sense of selflessness (the daughter) in favour of his own ambition.

I have 5 OC's I have created. They are also descendances of celestials. Their names are Illdûl Morgos, Von Marthma, Icarus Velkûm, and Argus & Aero.
Illdûl Morgos, also known as The Doctor, is the one who travels around the galaxy the most. He wears a Tan plague doctors mask with a Brown wide brim flat crowned hat, as well as grey wrappings around the Hands, Arms, Legs, and Feet. He also wears a grey cloak with orange and blue patterns on the back. His pants are of a Darker Grey with Green Patterns on them, and even the hood of his cloak has green patterns. On one of his ancient journeys, he stumbled upon Darth Noctyss on her quest to gain immortality, though he hid from her and remained Unseen. Then he saw her lightsaber, and he immediately told himself that he should have something like that, and so he created 2 Sickle Bladed lightsabers, and inserted Kyber Crystals into each, and these crystals produced blades that glowed blue at the base but became orange by the blades tip. His eye color would be that Both of his eyes are Half Blue, Half orange, but they are concealed by his mask.
Usually, Illdûl Morgos never pulls out his lightsabers. He usually just builds a merchant stand in small settlements on outer and mid-rim planets. And while being a merchant, selling treatments for any kind of ailment ever, he is not alone, for The Dwarf Twins Argus & Aero are with him.
Argus & Aero are smaller in size then most of their ancestors, only rising at 4ft tall. But their size should not be mistaken for strength, because they are Strong. They both Wear Dark Brown pants & Shirts with Red hooded cape, and they wear Black Pointed boots. They both have Spikey orange hair, and they both wild Shoto Lightsabers. Both of the Kyber crystals in their Shoto Hilts are half normal, have blead, which makes their blades turn from either green or red depending on their Mood. Normally, Argus and Aero are cool headed, all be it, a little feisty (They are the Youngest out of the 5), but when their friends are in trouble by vicious enemies, they use their anger to wipe out anyone who harms them and their friends, and then after they are done, they return to normal. Illdûl Morgos makes sure to keep Argus and Aero in check, and he makes sure they control their emotions, because their emotions play a huge part in keeping them balanced between Light and dark. Their eye colors would be for both of them, one of their eyes is Green, while the other is half green, half red.
Next is Von Marthma. Now, Von Marthma is a special one, for she has the ability to keep her body in a suspended sleep like state, and her spirit to wander around freely. She is also the only one out of the 5 to have a planet named after her, and she protects that planet, and the inhabitance on it, because she cares for the inhabitants of her planet, and also because her Body lies deep within the planet, in an ancient temple whose halls are deep below the planet's surface, and above the churning magma of the planet. As a Spirit, she wears long flowing robes and ribbons of blue, green, yellow, and purple, and her Golden hair is let lose in the wind. Her physical form wears a Green hooded Capelet with Blue patterns, and a White Body Suit with blue and green swirling patterns. She also wears Brown Boots. She wields a curved hilt white bladed lightsaber. She always stays on her planet to protect it from any evil outsiders, and by using her strong force abilities, she is able to keep her planet protected. She only leaves her planet if there is great need for her assistance form her friends. Her eyes would be a Crystal Blue.
Finally, there is Icarus Velkûm. He is the Tallest of the 5, and also the most secretive one. He soars at a height of 9ft tall, and his lower arms and hands are quite big, as well as his lower legs and feet. He wears a Pale Yellow non-hooded cape with his Dark purple cloak. He also wears Black Pants with Long Black Sleeved turtleneck gloved shirt, and black boots. He usually conceals his face with the shade of his hood, so he remains secretive. He wields a Double-Bladed lightsaber, similar to that in Fallen order. When split in two, his double-bladed lightsaber becomes a Shoto Lightsaber with a Purple Blade, and a Normal lightsaber with a Yellow Blade. His eyes are noticeably different because his Pupils are Yellow, while his eye color is Purple.
One Honorable mention is the Smith who helped build the lightsabers for the 5. His name is Leo Tuzo. He is like the five in the sense that he is a descendant of the Celestials too, but unlike the 5, he doesn’t wear any fancy cloaks, or even wields a lightsaber. He just wears his Orange Turtleneck Long Sleeved shirt with Dark Brown Pants, His Brown Heeled shoes, and his Leather Apron. His hair is Grey at the base but turns white as it goes out, and his eye color is orange like his shirt. He never dose any of the things the 5 dose, but he is fine with that. All he cares about is finding Kyber Crystals for the lightsabers he makes.
Another Honorable Mention is the former master of Leo Tuzo, Asterling Torrentien. He wears Black Boots, Dark Brown pants, Light Brown leather gloves, a Brown overcoat with a light grey waistcoat over a dark grey shirt, and a Dark Brown Capotain Hat with Bronze buckle with light brown band. His hair is curly and all white, and his eye color is a lemon yellow.
Asterling created a lightsaber with the Power to give any Non-ForceSensitive the ability to use the force, and amplify the force ability’s of existing Force Wielders. This lightsaber is The Ever-Tor saber. The Crystal is also special, in that it can change color depending on the purity or corruption of the wielder’s heart. A Golden Silver blade will mean that the person who is wielding the Ever-Tor saber has the purest of pure hearts. A white blade means the wielder has a Pure heart. Colors from Purple to Yellow mean that the Wielder’s heart is modestly pure, however their can be a little bit of corruption. An Orange or Yellowish Orange Amber Blade means the wielder is mixed between Pure and Corrupted. A Red Amber Blade or Red Blade means the wielder is very corrupted and has little purity. Finally, if there is the Dark Carmine Red blade with black edges, that means the heart of the wielder is so corrupt that their is no purity left, and because the wielder’s heart is so corrupted, the very Kyber Crystal inside and the Ever-Tor saber will actively try to leave the wielder, and if the wielder tightens their grip and the blade cannot leave the corruption, then the Ever-Tor saber will plunge it’s own blade into the heart of the Completely Corrupted Wielder. That is what Asterling found out when he became Corrupted by the power the saber he created gave to him. He became So Corrupted that the 5, his own apprentice, and even his very source of extreme power turned against him. Now, because Asterling, like the 5 and his apprentice, is a descendant of the Celestials, the Blade of his Ever-Tor Saber didn’t kill him, but it stunned him long enough for the 5 to banish him to a star system outside of the very galaxy. The 5 agreed that the Ever-Tor saber was too dangerous to wield by any force wielder, because it would give them almost God like ability’s, like the Celestials. And so, they hid the Ever-Tor saber on a remote planet in a far away system at the very edge of the galaxy, deep in the unknown regions. The 5 and Leo made sure to wipe their memories clean of the location of the planet the Ever-Tor Saber was Hidden. The map to the planet was shattered into 20 pieces. 6 of the pieces went to the 5 & Leo, and the rest were scattered throughout the Galaxy. Each piece has a clue to where the next piece is, written in the ancient language of the Celestials.
Now, on to the Design of the Ever-Tor saber. The Ever-Tor saber is a Broad Saber, like other broad sabers. It’s hilt is designed like a Cutlass Hilt. The whole Hilt, on the outside, is made of Purely Refined Beskar, and the Solid Half-Basket Guard designed with the most ornate and elegant patterns and swirls, with rare Gemstones decorating the swirls. The Button to activate the Saber is near the top of the hit, just below the bottom of the Half-Basket Guard. The Blade that is produced is a Broad Blade, because the Ever-Tor saber is a broad saber. Their are Two Grooves that run up the blade when it’s emitted, and the blade is very straight, and the blades tip is a straight diagonal slash. Essentially, the Blade of the Ever-Tor saber looks similar to the Sword of Triton in Pirates of The Caribbean. Like, the whole Saber is similar to the Sword of Triton.
Anyways, that is all 5 of my Celestial Descendant OC's (7 if you add Leo Tuzo and his former master, Asterling Torrentien), as well as the Lore of The Ever-Tor Saber.
