What did you do to lose weight so fast in a short time because I started my journey naturally at your weight appearanceb in the last two years by strictly eating healthy (no fast or fried food) plus I can't have any sweet or soda drinks due to bad heart burn and finally I feel like I'm making progress because I'm at a size 8 but maybe you're smaller. Idk. What's the healthy secret you're doing based on how fast you're losing weight in less than a year. I dont even eat pho or khaub phooj a few times a month either .
from what i can see... I believe she replaces a protein shake for a meal, switched to brown rice and works out. You dont have to do a strenuous workout but it does help to do some cardio and/or a little light weight lifting. When i was losing weight i did the same thing but did not eat after 7pm and drank as much water as i could. Also, when i worked out i would wear a sweater to help sweat out all the water weight. Those are some tips that can possibly help. But you have to be consistent. The other thing i have done is a 16:8 diet, 2 MAD. Fast for 16 hours and only eat 2 meals within the 8 hr window and not eat after 7pm. I hope this helps you a little. Good luck.
It’s probably easier to lose weight when you don’t have to cook for other people in the house. In Pa’s case, she only has to worry about herself. Keeps her more discipline. It’s hard for me bc I still have to cook everything else for my kids and husband too.

A divorce will definitely curb your appetite. Also, she’s been exercising and portioning and it helps she hasn’t had children.
