Optional nalang un parking. Most of the time naman, some renters dont need car parking. Especially mga foreign renters. But again if you have extra budget, pwede mo ma consider buying one.
It depends if it's a luxury condo and if it's a short or long term rental. If it's a luxury condo that's a long-term rental you want a parking slot. Even tho I'm a foreigner here in the Philippines I'll never rent a place (longterm) that doesn't have a parking slot. You also have to take into consideration that at some point you are going to want to sell your investment property and the prospective buyer may be reluctant to purchase a condo at market value if it doesn't come with a parking slot.
