As someone who has basicly the same problem, i figured out that concentrating on a specific part of your body, which takes a bit of looking for, for me just a tiny sliver of my left back, makes you notice and experience tingles easyer. only way for me to get any and even then just with quite aggressive stuff. Funnily enough, I only get tingles if people whisper directly into my ear, or breathe on my ears or neck. Or being suddenly, very softly touched anywhere, since I am not used to touch. So 1 gave me slight tingles with the gentle voice directly into the mic in one ear, everything else left me unaffected.

@@phoenix0166 I do it to make me sleepy at night, I often have trouble sleeping so I try to be as relaxed as possible when I do I am lonely but that’s unrelated-

Definitely somewhere around a 7 lol. Tingles are a unicorn and even when I first got into asmr only ever happened a few times. You're one of my very first asmr experiences though and I'll always keep coming back for the relaxation and hey maybe a tingle here and there too
I think if you watch a lot of ASMR regularly you'll be less likely to experience tingles or the sensation of ASMR without stronger triggers. This happens when people overstimulate to ASMR- meaning they're listening to it daily or all the time, they develop a somewhat immunity to the noises or sounds and are incapable of feeling enjoyment from it. If you've always been this way than that's strange to me lol
@@eklipseempire8807 I've always been this way too, even before I started listening to asmr daily. At this point I don't even know what a tingle feels like... I'm so jealous of you guys, it must be nice to get tingles

I only got tingles in section 2, something about switching to the close whispering from soft speaking really did it for me but sections after the fact were too noisy for me. I always prefer asmr videos where the small silences are embraced and then the sound comes back slightly different every time. Constant never-ending noise can get overwhelming, but this is just my opinion as someone who is even annoyed by white noise. :) 💜
Some people don't like noise but I do. me personally I think the voice changing pitch is atrocious, same thing with mic scratching / breathing / blowing and it’s hard to find videos without that

This is the first tingle test I've watched that really feels like going through the levels. I think it's because you keep the triggers similar! I started my tingles at a 1, and each section got more and more tingly ✨
I haven’t tingled in so long I kinda thought I wouldn’t ever again but Secrion 5 actually did it for me! Whispering and the like have never been my strongest one but this really worked
I’m someone who almost never gets tingles (I’ve literally only gotten them like five times since I discovered ASMR believe it or not) but section 4 and 5 hit me like a bus! As usual, amazing job Bekah!
I’m actually not a big fan of whispers but you did a great job. Usually whispers feel very sharp when I’ve watched other ASMRtists. Yours sound more breathy and soft.
Ooo i have a suggestion if you want more soft and welcoming tingles! TingTing AMSR is definitely some one that does perfect soft whispers and not to sharp sound 😊 Also (cannot remember her user but it’s whoever is on this video) is really great to lol
The echos at the beginning of section 5 as well as the breatht echos later on were both amazing, would love more of that if it’s something you enjoy making!

Hey, I've been meaning to say thank you. Less than a year ago my wife and I had a new baby, and he had a NICU stay and he ended up having open heart surgery at 16 days old (after getting super sick super fast and having to be on a vent for a week just to get him safe for surgery). I couldn't use my earbuds to sleep in the room because I was afraid I'd miss an alarm and he'd just fade away without me knowing. I listened to this track under my pillow on repeat when trying to fall asleep, and the "it's okay, okay, okay" part helped me cling to hope. I honestly couldn't listen to it after the hospital until just recently because it just kicked me back to that trauma place. So yeah, thank you for your content helping me survive the hardest time in my life thus far.
My heart aches for what you went through ): I'm not sure how the surgery went based on this comment, but I hope that everything is going well for you now 🥺

I don't often get tingles these days, but on the rare occasions I do, they're usually from your videos. Even when I don't, you still really help me relax before bed.
usually asmr just makes me relax but theres something about the layered sounds on your channel that give me tingles :) finally experiencing them regularly is so nice
I actually rarely get tingles, I watch ASMR because of the sensory stimulation & bc it helps me sleep Edit: correction, I get tingles when listening to music some times!
The Voice Cracks, Echo Tingles, and Visuals Tiggers are the ones that really get me. This is such an Amazing Video! I'd honestly love for you to possibly make a Volume 2 with other triggers? :)
I think my sensory input is broken @__@ I don't get tingles. But it's still really relaxing to listen to. I can't really explain why, but like listening to soft ASMR in the background is just really calming and soothing, even if it doesn't provide tingles or anything.
It has been some months since I last got tingles, and then I come to this vid and I get them in section 1. What. The. Heck. Truly impressive, love the vid💜
This video has been in my sleeping playlist for a month or a 2 and when I fall asleep it's generally around sections 3 or 4. Anyway, thank you for making a College student fall asleep.
Got a 5. First good tingles in a year 🤯. I watch a ton of miscellaneous ASMR. I don't get regular tingles but I don't seek them out. I use it for relaxation, sleep, and sometimes background noise. Tingles do just happen once in awhile for me and they are a nice surprise.
your videos actually got me out of my slump, I'd still consider myself a level three or four but I've gotten my tingles back in the last couple weeks !
0: I felt rlly comfortable and I tingled just a tiny tiny little bit 1: My right ear started to do the weird thing it always does. It tingles too much so it gets a little uncomfortable and it feels like someone is tickling my back on the tight side. 2: I got very nice but very tiny tingles 'in the middle' 3: My left ear started tingling as well. First nice but then, just like the right ear. 4: really really nice, I got very nice tingles on both ears seperate and in the middle :D 5: Very nice as well, just didn't get that many tingles cause it was layered and I couldn't concentrate on one sound :P Very cool video!!! :D
You know, I’ve been listening to ASMR every night to sleep for over seven years now and I still get tingles. I think it just shows what a great level of quality our asmrtists put out.
I've never tingled since I found ASMR, HOWEVER it has become the best thing to have playing while falling asleep, something about getting a haircut or role-playing a tv/video game character really just sparks the dream gears before falling asleep.
Damn son your microphone set up is damn near perfect. Seriously love it. Imo you've always been one of the only ASMR artists. As in.....You taking into account the many nuances such as volume, pitch, and the microphone set up. Also using pauses in between sounds!!! This imo.....is the missing factor in almost EVERY wannabe on RUclips just making noises without thinking of the impact it'll have on the one listening. My favorite factor is switching ears then pausing for around 2-3 seconds before making a sound in the other ear.
Thank you for this! No one’s recent videos have been giving me tingles lately, so it’s nice to feel the relaxation/ almost falling asleep feeling again! Love your vids 🥰
No matter what you do don’t delete this video please even if you quit plz don’t haha this video gave me the most tingles I’ve ever gotten in probably my whole entire life haha loved this so much! ❤️
Holy cow this is my new favorite from you! I went in fully expecting to be a 5 but I actually got tingles at section 2 and the rest was amazing. I think mindset has a lot to do with it. Your accents are my immunity breaker! Thank you for such excellent work💕
to get me to fall asleep because of asmr, my body feels soft and the whispers at the first section got me feeling SOFT. your whispers were so gentle, and i cant descirbe how amazing i felt.
5 for me, I got more tingles at the end before the video ended funny enough. almost a decade now of close to nightly asmr and I rarely get tingles it's moreso the relaxation and you do that wonderfully. thanks for the rem sleep inducing content!
Longtime viewer (2015) got a 1, still, i feel like my tingles aren't what they used to be when i first got into it. Videos with an intensity of 1 used to tingle me out completely, i felt them at 1 but like, intermittent, sometimes you just poke my brain in that exact way even at lower intensity. Edit, 4 and 5 gave me full body tingles and a fuzzy feeling through my brain, I'm probably just a sensitive outlier.
Dude! I had tingles from the beginning but stage 3 gave me intense goosebumps. You are truly a master of ASMR. Thank you for providing us with this magic.
What's my score if I tingled in the preview post? 🤣 Gonna actually do this lol. Edit: yep, I'm a 1 as expected 😎 Edit 2: the Scottish accent really is 🤌

I started my tingles at a 1, and each section got more and more tingly ✨
I haven’t tingled in so long I kinda thought I wouldn’t ever again but Secrion 5 actually did it for me! Whispering and the like have never been my strongest one but this really worked
You should try taking an ASMR break! No watching or listening for 2 weeks up to a month and they often come back
I’m someone who almost never gets tingles (I’ve literally only gotten them like five times since I discovered ASMR believe it or not) but section 4 and 5 hit me like a bus! As usual, amazing job Bekah!
Wow, section 3 gave me some of the strongest tingles I've felt in months.
I love how the diagnosis consists of "Wow you're amazing!" And also "you're broken, sorry"
I can never find a video that will actually make me tingle because I have been in the asmr community for years, but this video is super tingly. ❤❤
Yeah I haven't had headphones in months and now I finally do, so my tingles are ready to mingles
the vocal changes in section 3 reminds me of the amateur lofi triggers from beginning asmrtists and those surprisingly give me the most tingles!
I’m actually not a big fan of whispers but you did a great job. Usually whispers feel very sharp when I’ve watched other ASMRtists. Yours sound more breathy and soft.
Ooo i have a suggestion if you want more soft and welcoming tingles! TingTing AMSR is definitely some one that does perfect soft whispers and not to sharp sound 😊
Also (cannot remember her user but it’s whoever is on this video) is really great to lol
as someones whos watched asmr for like ffffour years now? now i actually know what tingles feel like oh my gosh
My hesdphones disconnected and my mom was confused as to why a woman was whispering toasted coconut
0:38 ignore
Section 2 is just my favorite ASMR trigger, especially when the whispering wavers around inaudible but just slightly so.
The echos at the beginning of section 5 as well as the breatht echos later on were both amazing, would love more of that if it’s something you enjoy making!
I’m someone who gets very situational and specific tingles which aren’t necessarily a trigger, but man, this is still SUPER relaxing
Bro fax. For some reason magic tricks always do it for me
@@eoin4955 those are always good ones.
For me it’s like transition from ear the ear, quiet to loud, and almost completely silent triggers, but then again tingles still rarely happen lmao
16:06
*casually turns into Shrek*
I'm definitely a 5 or 6 for most other ASMRtists but you always get me at only levels 1 or 2. My sleepless nights forever thank you 😔❤
i ate some bread earlier tonight and it tasted funky but i had some water and i feel better now :)))
ofc i liked my own comment if i didn’t why would i post it?
Me before I got headphones:weaklings😈. Me with headphone:Level 1 I’m already ded💀
I keep coming back to this one. I still score a 1 every time and the rest is pure candy. Thank you for making your wonderful videos for many years ❤️
Section 4 & 5 were the closest come to having tingles recently. Ultimately a score of 6 is what I am BUT the video was very relaxing :)
I've noticed that Sometimes a video that doesn't give me tingles with one headset will make me tingle if I use a different one. Doesn't hurt to try if you own multiple ones.
My heart aches for what you went through ): I'm not sure how the surgery went based on this comment, but I hope that everything is going well for you now 🥺
@@softlygaloshes oh, didn't want to leave it with anxiety or ambiguity. He's healthy and growing. He has a very rare genetic condition and so we're still working through things, but I'm glad to say he survived ❤️
I'm really glad to hear that! ☺️
@@softlygaloshes thank you ☺️ If you pray or put up positive vibes we'll always take extra ones for him.
God bless you and take care. And definitely keep up the great work. I'm sure I'm not the only person your content has helped through a hard time.
Of course ☺️💕 Take care! Sending positive vibes
I think your voice specifically is my main trigger. It's hard for me to tingle usually, but you got me on that Level 1. Level 5 had me levitating above my bed lol
4 months later and it's still my go to tingle asmr
I love the trigger that starts at 21:50 it should def be used more. So under-rated
This was really good stuff! I don't know really why, but you seem to do the tingle tests better than anyone else! Always get a tingle out of them, even the old ones! :D
By the way, level 5 worked great for me!
Im weird with tingles, cuz If I just sit there I get next to no tingles, but if I caress my arm or side I get them. And its not just tingles from caressing them, it gets way more intense with better triggers. Anyone else like this?
omg yes!!!! i do t really get tingles but if i caress my arm of side it’s just amazing!! i love asmr though it relaxes me. sometimes i watch it before i sleep or i’m about to study/do homework:)
Exactly the same with me, just need a little catalyst sometime to keep the tingles going. For me it's on my back or my head
Those are different kind of tingles
Oh my god I had literally no idea what tingles felt like until I tried that TY LOL
@@psst_iSeeDeadPeople Wow nice lol
Your voice was driving me crazy in a good way..100%.....in a few months you will have millions of view..👍
I'm a 3 then I stayed for 4 to see what it is. Section 5 gave me instant tingles which really makes this a great gauge for tingle immunity.

Section 1: Light spine tingles, only when whispers were up close to the microphone.
Section 2: Light spine tingles, only when speaking was close to microphone.
Section 3: Light tingles all over for entire section, with intense tingles when close to the microphone.
Section 4: Light-medium spine tingles whole time, intense tingles when close to the microphone.
Section 5: Medium-Intense tingles all over with intense spine tingles when close to microphone.
Loved this experience!
I don't often get tingles these days, but on the rare occasions I do, they're usually from your videos. Even when I don't, you still really help me relax before bed.
usually asmr just makes me relax but theres something about the layered sounds on your channel that give me tingles :) finally experiencing them regularly is so nice
I actually rarely get tingles, I watch ASMR because of the sensory stimulation & bc it helps me sleep
Edit: correction, I get tingles when listening to music some times!
I think my body just expects tingles now, because most of the time my tingles start as soon as I see a new video posted 😂😂
Well, my score is a 1 and the fan I have pointed at me makes it feel like a cool breath on the back of my neck. Very tingly
Hell yeah 😎
@@freddyzamora176 I know that grammar isn't highly regarded in youtube comments, but "tingle's" is possessive, so lack of an apostrophe is fine!
The Voice Cracks, Echo Tingles, and Visuals Tiggers are the ones that really get me.
This is such an Amazing Video! I'd honestly love for you to possibly make a Volume 2 with other triggers? :)
I made one like this a few years back! ruclips.net/video/9nrbre7dNTU/видео.html
I usually don’t tingle during asmr, but I tingled during the preview!
Can't stop watching section 3.
Seriously high quality content!
I'm the 3. I haven't heard the slow voice cracking before, but it was intense!
I'll never understand how your whisper feels so ample in comparison to any other ASMRtist I've watched. I lost at section 0 😭😭😭 lmao
I was like, "yeah, my tingles haven't been working right, I'll probably be a 3." Then she hit me with "toasted coconut." 💥✨✨
Thank you for being an angel and making this type of video for people like me who don't get tingles anymore. Bless 🙌
I usually don’t get tingles, but I got tingles at the preview somehow. You’re amazing at asmr really.
:) :)
0: I felt rlly comfortable and I tingled just a tiny tiny little bit
1: My right ear started to do the weird thing it always does. It tingles too much so it gets a little uncomfortable and it feels like someone is tickling my back on the tight side.
2: I got very nice but very tiny tingles 'in the middle'
3: My left ear started tingling as well. First nice but then, just like the right ear.
4: really really nice, I got very nice tingles on both ears seperate and in the middle :D
5: Very nice as well, just didn't get that many tingles cause it was layered and I couldn't concentrate on one sound :P
Very cool video!!! :D
You know, I’ve been listening to ASMR every night to sleep for over seven years now and I still get tingles. I think it just shows what a great level of quality our asmrtists put out.
I got a score of 3, but I can't wait to see what else is in store! This video is amazing 😭♥️
I've never tingled since I found ASMR, HOWEVER it has become the best thing to have playing while falling asleep, something about getting a haircut or role-playing a tv/video game character really just sparks the dream gears before falling asleep.
I got a 1. Thank you for this video.
I think I’ve just found my new favourite asmrist
I’m always looking forward to watching your videos every Wednesday! You’re a top notch
For some reason the more layered sounds I don’t get tingles from but the soft whispering or other basic triggers I do get tingles from
Damn son your microphone set up is damn near perfect.
I used to definitely be a one, but I didn't get any tingles, is there something I can do about it :(
Usually it helps to stop listening or watching ASMR for two weeks to a month without cheating. They usually come back after that.
@@softlygaloshes ok, ill try that!… starting tomorrow >:)
Good luck!
@@softlygaloshes relapsed😭😭😭😭😭
@@softlygaloshes can confirm this is true
No matter what you do don’t delete this video please even if you quit plz don’t haha this video gave me the most tingles I’ve ever gotten in probably my whole entire life haha loved this so much! ❤️
Holy cow this is my new favorite from you! I went in fully expecting to be a 5 but I actually got tingles at section 2 and the rest was amazing. I think mindset has a lot to do with it. Your accents are my immunity breaker! Thank you for such excellent work💕
to get me to fall asleep because of asmr, my body feels soft and the whispers at the first section got me feeling SOFT.
your whispers were so gentle, and i cant descirbe how amazing i felt.
i got light tingles but i watch so much asmr it might be a problem but this was really good
5 for me, I got more tingles at the end before the video ended funny enough. almost a decade now of close to nightly asmr and I rarely get tingles it's moreso the relaxation and you do that wonderfully. thanks for the rem sleep inducing content!
So relaxing! I loved this! Your a huge inspiration for my channel and you deserve all your success (:
I really need this 😫 it’s 4:40am and I haven’t gotten any sleep yet
Longtime viewer (2015) got a 1, still, i feel like my tingles aren't what they used to be when i first got into it.
Videos with an intensity of 1 used to tingle me out completely, i felt them at 1 but like, intermittent, sometimes you just poke my brain in that exact way even at lower intensity.
Edit, 4 and 5 gave me full body tingles and a fuzzy feeling through my brain, I'm probably just a sensitive outlier.
samesame
Video was super amazing! Especially that vocal things, when it's gentle, but loud and suddenly coming from calm "mhm"
What if I fell asleep before I felt tingles?
Dude! I had tingles from the beginning but stage 3 gave me intense goosebumps. You are truly a master of ASMR. Thank you for providing us with this magic.
What's my score if I tingled in the preview post? 🤣 Gonna actually do this lol.
Edit: yep, I'm a 1 as expected 😎
Edit 2: the Scottish accent really is 🤌
