Allison's shot at the 54:58 mark....incredible. She said "Wow" twice while debating what to do, and her solution was a 1 in a million idea. The ref interferes with ending of the shot, but you'll get the picture
Nice Video. Two great players. Allison made a professional appearance at a pool hall in Auburn Al in the late 90's and she was fantastic. She was very engaging with the local players- of all skill levels. Anyone who wanted to could play her a race to 3 in 9-ball. She struggled with the speed of the table in the first 2 matches, winning both 3-2, but after that it was like someone flicked a switch and it was "lights out" She beat everyone 3-0 for the rest of the evening. Great player, delightful lady. Go Duchess!
hello Allison Chang! just wanted to thank you for all of your uploads! I am a huge WPBA fan and they do not get much TV coverage, so i really really appreciate your time and energy to record/edit/upload! God Bless!!
Ref stepped right in front of the camera right when Allison made a seemingly impossible shot. Now I'll never know what she did to complete the shot. Thanks ref🤤 you (blanking son of a blank!!)
I have met Allison about 4 times over the years, even played a small match with her at an event. She’s just as nice in person as she appears on tv or while playing matches. An overall, friendly, great person. Love Allison! One of my all-time faves! ❤
1:30:11 Allison made the 3 ball on the break. No one noticed and Karen shot the one ball. Fortunately, she missed the 2 ball as it should’ve been Allison to shoot since she made a ball on the break. Where was the ref?!?!!! Just watched it again. It was an illegal break. Oops!🤣😂
That incredible shot Allison made on the one ball around 55:00ish. I was yelling at the ref in the way on my TV. Did nobody tell him where the camera was? What a great match though! These two ladies are so freakin awesome!
Someone explain to me what the purpose of the triangular thingy the ref guy picks up after every break. Please. I'm used to playing bar tournaments. Never seen that before
Am I the only one on earth who noticed that in game 13 with Allison Fisher breaking at 1:30:15 the red 3 is pocketed in the lower right and then Karen Corr shoots?
Saw Alison make a nice 3 or 4 cushion shot in 9th rack. "Saw" is not right word! The referee blocked the camera; could only see the #1 ball entering the pocket. And they didn't replay the shot (when the referee moved)!!
When a player fouls the ref immediately picks up the cue ball, but with the three foul rule and deliberate fouls would it not be better if the incoming player could put the other player back in to play the balls as they lie? Would this cut down on deliberate fouls?
While I appreciate the opportunity to watch this match, the lone camera location and absence of any commentary were oddly disturbing. I thought this would be an all singing and dancing production. Unfortunate this match didn't receive the level of coverage it deserves.
They must be playing the EPBF three above the line rule, which requires three made on the break or three to cross the head string line. Hard to tell from the angle but although she made the three, only one ball crossed the head string line. It's a loss of turn foul, not ball in hand.
What was going on in the second frame? Karen made the one, got hooked up behind the 3 then Allison is handing the shot over?. Wasn't Karen entitled to a push out off the break immediately with no interference from the opponent, little confused on that one.
Waited until I was 66 before watching my first snooker about 2 years ago. Must say, a snooker cue in the hands of Ronnie O'Sullivan is much more entertaining than pool, which I am pretty decent at. Takes time to learn the snooker rules and nuances, but well worth it.

I am confused. In the frame 13 break Alison sinks a red ball in the bottom right corner pocket but then concedes table to Karen. WTF? What am I missing?
Yes, it was an illegal break. It's a little difficult to explain, but I'll try: at least three balls have to either be pocketed or pass the head string. If you look closely at the video, you can see that the red ball is pocketed, so that counts as one. The yellow went well past the head string, so that's two. But that's it. The green and the purple come close, but apparently they do not cross the line. Hope this helps.
28:20 Allison hits the 1 ball and the 2 ball goes in and she stays at the table. What rules do they have in China? Going back to chess. Castle king side, OH NO !
1:30:15.. Rack 13…no one sees Allison pocketed a ball? I’m sorry, it’s an OCD thing for me to count the balls on the table after I break ..that would’ve never happened with me. I know it does happen though. Bad mistake. The referee clearly not doing his job!!
EXACTLY 3 years ago TODAY!!! Probably the worst match Allison Fisher ever played!!! Missing easy shots and allowing the Q-ball to get away from her on occasion...VERY MUCH unlike her to have these mistakes, ESPECIALLY against Karen Corr!!!
They still play sooo good. Took a lesson from Karen several years ago. A birthday present. Still talk about that lesson whenever I can.
Allison's shot at the 54:58 mark....incredible. She said "Wow" twice while debating what to do, and her solution was a 1 in a million idea. The ref interferes with ending of the shot, but you'll get the picture
One in a million idea??!! That was pretty much the only route to take to hit the 1 ball!
Yea we miss her pocket that ball because BOZO was in the way.
I've always loved watching Karen Corr play. Her glasses rock.

ive loved allison for 30 years
I loved this match. The fight for initiative in the middle frames was tense, perfectly shot every time, beautiful.
Some of the best safety play I've ever seen by both of these consumate pros.

Awesome match! I love both of these players. They both did an excellent job.
Ref stepped right in front of the camera right when Allison made a seemingly impossible shot. Now I'll never know what she did to complete the shot. Thanks ref🤤 you (blanking son of a blank!!)
poor camera angle to begin with. If you're going to record this, do it properly.
Was a great match. A couple of key chokes at the end.
I don’t get crushes easily, but Fisher, fancied her for years. Think I’d pretty much fall over if we met.
I have met Allison about 4 times over the years, even played a small match with her at an event. She’s just as nice in person as she appears on tv or while playing matches. An overall, friendly, great person. Love Allison! One of my all-time faves! ❤
Allison we love you
My favorite Duo..!
I love watching these two play pool
Siempre fan de Karen y Allison. Especialmente de Karen Corr :)
That was some great pool! Both very good and some solid play!
1:23:10..Allison comes up with more unreal safety play/position.
1:30:11 Allison made the 3 ball on the break. No one noticed and Karen shot the one ball. Fortunately, she missed the 2 ball as it should’ve been Allison to shoot since she made a ball on the break. Where was the ref?!?!!!

1:39:00, Please Allison, stay like that.
😂😂😂
How could you not watch or not be interested whenever these two play?
Seriously these 2 are just as strong as any of the male pros.
1:17:00..unbelievable safety play by Allison
Cuando ESPN transmitía variedad en deportes
Loved the snookering in the 11th. Terrific strategy by Fisher. Very unsatisfying last four games. Nobody deserved to win like that or lose like that.
Allison, what a beautiful woman...
That incredible shot Allison made on the one ball around 55:00ish. I was yelling at the ref in the way on my TV. Did nobody tell him where the camera was? What a great match though! These two ladies are so freakin awesome!
Karen was allways my favorite.
Someone explain to me what the purpose of the triangular thingy the ref guy picks up after every break. Please. I'm used to playing bar tournaments. Never seen that before

Is there another game going on during a championship match?
Saw Alison make a nice 3 or 4 cushion shot in 9th rack. "Saw" is not right word! The referee blocked the camera; could only
see the #1 ball entering the pocket. And they didn't replay the shot (when the referee moved)!!
Webster Bauer the camera man should have poked that ref in the ribs.
Allison Fisher!!!!

What is that chalk holder that Karen uses? I enjoyed this very much!
Herb Houston You know you’re in it to win it when u have your own chalk holder.
What a great match
argentina jujuy

God bless you!!!!🇺🇸
Allison Fisher toda una leyenda, la amo.
They're kind of playing like me, make the ball and cross fingers hope there's decent position for the next shot.
Never seen that ball guard/framer-thingy for the breaks. Is there a proper name for it?
It’s a rack template. It’s made of super thin plastic. I use them often, really amazing.
That thumbnail looks like Hillary clinton vs Christopher reeves
Is there a shot clock
Yes, but it is ignored.
i love KAREN♡
allison mi favorita,, despues ouschan y claro karen una leyenda
I don't like it when you skip during the actual game! Skipping the racking is okay, but not the game!
Skip during the actual game?
Tony drago
Karen Corr represented USA?
Naughty comical pro match.
Para mi la ms grande es allison .
I agree
LEGENDS!
So at 1:30:17 Allison breaks, makes a ball but the other girl then makes a shot what am I missing ?

does anybody remember the tournament that karen won, and after she sunk the final ball she did a front flip on the floor?
What was going on in the second frame? Karen made the one, got hooked up behind the 3 then Allison is handing the shot over?. Wasn't Karen entitled to a push out off the break immediately with no interference from the opponent, little confused on that one.
If you push, your opponent has the option of giving the shot back. Otherwise, you would just push up against any convenient non-object ball.
Karen Corr is a total hottie!!!
11:02 nice view.

1:38:47 oh my. OH.... MY.
1:38:46
beautiful face
😮😂😂
never seen this version of 9 ball where you can shoot the balls seemingly in any order you choose.
Wasn't Karen Corr irish?
I thought so too. she's been living here in Philadelphia forever though. i believe she's changed her alliance.
Is?
Quien fano ahy
I know yall might think im telling a lie but my dad is good freinds with karen corr and i have one of her poll sicks she gave me
Watching these two was like watching grass grow
🤣🤣👌
1:30:17 Rack 13 Allison breaks and makes the 3, so why is it Karen's shot?
1218jmm They must be playing the EPBF three above the line rule, which requires either 3 made on the break or 3 have to cross the head string line. Hard to tell from the angle but although she made the 3, looks like only 1 crossed head string line. It’s a loss of turn foul, not ball in hand.
Allison got slightly out of shape in two games and gave them away.
Can somebody explain me, why women does not the same level than men has? If the pool has not a strengh or physic efford
I am confused. In the frame 13 break Alison sinks a red ball in the bottom right corner pocket but then concedes table to Karen. WTF? What am I missing?

Alison Chang ah. thanks.

Thanks for explaining. Bad luck for Allison- the 8 ball hit the point of the side pocket and bounced back toward the rack.
@@grantcivyt Thank you
did anyone else think the thumbnail looked like a knitting contest?
28:20 Allison hits the 1 ball and the 2 ball goes in and she stays at the table. What rules do they have in China? Going back to chess. Castle king side, OH NO !
Chad Hurley this is 9 ball. that was a perfectly legal shot....
Yea, you are right. I don't know what I was thinking/
36:18 wicked position shot from Allison.
wow
its like baking a cake takes hours
1:30:15.. Rack 13…no one sees Allison pocketed a ball? I’m sorry, it’s an OCD thing for me to count the balls on the table after I break ..that would’ve never happened with me. I know it does happen though. Bad mistake. The referee clearly not doing his job!!
Sounds like it was played in a Morgue
Karen's got a US flag by her name on the scoreboard. What's with that?
Could those pockets be any bigger? Great game for the kiddies though.
Jealousy rearing its ugly head.
EXACTLY 3 years ago TODAY!!!
Probably the worst match Allison Fisher ever played!!!

Alison escanpeona
I didn't even know Billie Jean King played pool...
That click bait like twins
The duchess of doom.
Like si buscas comentarios en español jajaja 😂
It's nice to see how these two women stroke those poles
Those are the only poles that they stroke. Both are Lezbos.
