It had all elements to become success dunno there was one Mumbai Bandh and there were negative reviews given by reviewers sadly due to the Taboo content in it , All these audience also went for DIrty pictures Desi Boyz just became Above average !!!! Deepika Padukone's Beauty is getting tooooooooo beautiful over time
As someone who doesn't know any languages other than English, I'm curious how they can switch between two languages like that and have it be coherent. This seems so interesting and I really want to enjoy it while still being very white and sheltered from other cultures.
It's coherent coz the feelings or intent is in one flow, just switching between the languages, not between the thought which is processing at that instance.

The intent is the same as in the conversation is coherent and complete but does the audience have to know both languages to understand it? Is that who the target audience Is for the film is bilingual folks? I've never seen English and foreign languages be mixed so much in sentances ever. Are there people who don't know English but they do speak that language,(I am so sorry I don't know the name of that beautiful language) who can't understand it to its full context bc of half of it being in English?

This movie is mostly for the Indian audience and yes we (Indian) are knowing more than two languages mostly Hindi, English + one or more other regional language of this uniquely diversified country.
So you may find these kind of bilingual dialogue deliveries in many Indian movies.
Also, to answer your question the language used in this video clip other than English is Hindi.
P.S : I would try to find out a video of this movie with the subtitles in English so that you can enjoy this comedy :)
