You should use either Fish or Whale bait. Fish bait for more fishing speed. Whale for speed aswell as a higher chance for rare sea creatures

Love how the admins didn’t make the Magma Lord Gauntlet a necklace so it could’ve been the “upgrade” for the Thunderbolt necklace while still having 3/3 Gilsplash equipment

@@V1ddCandypatoh and I just realized. For the Hypermaxed setup at the end, wouldn’t equipping the Magma Lord Gauntlet for killing the SCs be technically optimal because of the additional 5/5 Blazing Fortune Armor set bonus?
Ngl when making the last part the existance of the gauntlet flew over our heads, ill put that as a correction ty@@Con_Master

Good video. Only thing I would’ve added is mentioning to 10 star your bronze hunter armor so that once you upgrade it to gold/diamond you can salvage some pieces to make your inferno hellfire upgrade.
second thing to mention, DONT DONATE YOUR HUNTER ARMOR TO THE MUSEUM. DONATING IT DISABLES SALVAGING

Edit: Okay so ive watched the guide and i have couple of corrections
1. You shouldnt reforge shark scale to submerged unless you really want to buy that skill, on fishing 27 you start unlocking lava fishing set that when starred grants more scc for much cheaper price
2. I dont think you mentioned magma lord gauntlet, its technically better at mid game fishing and later in the stage when you want to swap enrichments and beacon to mf
3. I think it would be worth mentioning fb armor, it makes decent money, and has a low entry gate, not to mention many people will already have frozen blaze, plus it makes good money

I don’t see a hurt to why someone shouldn’t get shark as it does help for a few levels and it’s a museumable item. We did also realize that mistake and yeah the magma lord gauntlet is a little better. Finally fb is more of a bestiary and money set, the idea was more towards fishing xp. W comment tho

Fishing Minions helped me ALOT in the beginnings.. Fishing is quite slow and tideous so those are awesome way how to boost your fishing level and collections very fast with no effort!
Actuully nice guide for fishing because i did not know there was so much to look for. My question is what i can do to advance in fishing when in ironman. We did this to avoid buying everything instead of grinding. But it is hard to grind when i do not know where and what we can make. Lots of recipes are locked after some collection or something else. For exampe the rods at the lily collection.
few things to correct, if you dont want to waterfish and only want to lavafish you dont need gillsplash belt and bracelet, only buy the cloak, chomp reforge is only for trophy fishing, its trash for all the rest
Im having some issues with the autopet rule i have it set so when i cast flying fish equips and when i gain exp from fishing my squid equips. But im not gaining any of the extra exp from the squid pet. Any Help would be much needed?

I would say early game that ammonite or epic dolphin would be better just because of the huge amount of sea creature chance which imo is more important than fishing speed at that stage of the game.

how much can you make with a max setup while worm fishing with/without someone?
what would be better? getting higher tier attributes (fishing experience/blazing fortune) for the moogma set or switching to thunder?
I personally use tier 6 attributes which i'm still upgrading as I go, instead of upgrading to thunder up untill fishing 50, because I believe you get more fishing experience, but I'm unsure but you might know.
Pretty sure switching to thunder would be best simply due to the fact that youll pull more sc which increases your sc, the faster your get 100% scc the more xp youll get

It’s hard to say, I would say if you can get max stats with the moogma than sure, but if not and I don’t think you can? Than I think your better off going to thunder

Yeah the admins have recognized that minions are just easy ways to gain xp and skip parts of the game yet they don’t really act in it 🤷♂️

Not really. You should definitely do them if you have a goal of maxing fishing bestiary too as the xp isn’t awful but not really comparable to crimson isle

It’s situational tbf. Like you would want magic find over fishing xp when it comes to jawbus I would imagine as the money from a vial would 100% make up for the missing fishing xp

Completely disagree with the first part of the video yes you could use fishing minions but if you would like to grind it manually fill chum buckets to fishing 16-17 then barn fishing would be way faster imo
No doubt manually fishing is faster and that’s the case with any minion. The reason we mentioned it is because the first few stages of fishing are really boring so if you want to just skip that part, using minions and playing other aspects of the game minions are always an option

No offence but even when this video came out it’s bad information :for example the best. Way to my knowledge from fishing 0-24 is filling chum buckets this info might not be correct but it’s still a whole lot better than minions or mindlessly fishing in the hub (am more sad that this video is not very in-depth as you kinda need a deeper understanding of fishing 🎣 knowledge in the game to follow this guide and having it title “the most accurate fishing guide” to me is very misleading

@juliankappes7442 so you kill normal sc with bf fishing exp to level flying fish and you only switch to bf magic find for jawbus/thunder

itchyc set is like 20m with snowie reforge and also you should have talked about crystals hollows fishing for money bc of magma cores and piscary 6 thats all
This money was more about progression more than money. There’s a few fishing methods we didn’t mention like crystal hollows or yeti as though they are pretty good for money it’s just left out as it doesn’t fully fit in with progression anywhere

I mean there’s no best way to kill sea creatures It just depends what weapon you have. I do agree we should have probably shown where most people end up fishing both for water and lava but realistically it doesn’t matter to much as long as you aren’t barn fishing

@@average7150 lava in crimson you may use gs or fire fury or hype for the normal and summon the server for the strong ones if you cant solo. Phantom rod also works
