Good video. My favorite is the OODA Loop (coined by strategist John Boyd). It's faster than the above. It's got 4 steps: Observe, Orient, Decide, Act. Essentially Observe: Gather info. Orient: Analyze it. Decide: Make a call. Act: Implement, but stay flexible! Note: it's a continuous process: It's a loop, not a linear path. Key here is to adapt, and loop faster than the competition.

Hey Honey, thanks for the kind words and apologies for my delayed response! I came across this decision making model as part of a counselling course I was doing. They didn't credit who was the creator of the model in the course either. I've done a quick Google, and it's difficult to get an answer - for instance, this article from Dartmouth, doesn't explain who the originator is either. Let me know if you find out, would be keen to know!
