Good video. My favorite is the OODA Loop (coined by strategist John Boyd). It's faster than the above. It's got 4 steps: Observe, Orient, Decide, Act. Essentially
    Observe: Gather info.
    Orient: Analyze it.
    Decide: Make a call.
    Act: Implement, but stay flexible!
Note: it's a continuous process: It's a loop, not a linear path. Key here is to adapt, and loop faster than the competition.

Hi Lauren- I was looking to reference this process in the qualification I am taking- could you confirm who the creator of the model is or is it yours?. You have explained it really well and its clear and concise. Thanks Matt

Hey Honey, thanks for the kind words and apologies for my delayed response! I came across this decision making model as part of a counselling course I was doing. They didn't credit who was the creator of the model in the course either. I've done a quick Google, and it's difficult to get an answer - for instance, this article from Dartmouth, doesn't explain who the originator is either. Let me know if you find out, would be keen to know!
