Do you know why the students were protesting? Or are you just commenting about things that aren’t local to you that you also know nothing about?
You do realize no one can travel to Gaza to protest because Gaza has been blown to bits right? Not to mention how incredibly hard it is to get into Gaza in the first place (even for air workers)

This goes against the policies of both UCI and the city of Irvine and is completely unlawful. Those responsible need to be arrested and held accountable for their wrongdoing. This situation is absolutely absurd. It's clearly an act of "vandalism and anarchy" and must be stopped immediately!
These people have been peacefully occupying a non disruptive protest camp for weeks, as is their right as students of the campus. Yes, some students did become disruptive and went past what is their legal right when they tried to occupy a building. That absolutely isn’t legal. But that doesn’t mean all of the protesters were breaking the law. As someone who lives not even a minute away from the campus and watched this whole thing from start to finish because I have friends going to UCI, this protest was extremely peaceful and respectful of the police (as far as protests go). They spent the end of the protest praying and then peacefully dispersed when the cops ordered them to. What else do you want????
