I always do twice pre heating when it's cold outside( ike minus 4), but i see You airbag control is lighting red like mine- but it's only when it's minus outside, any ideas why? Best regards, check my videos ;)

your glow plugs need to be changed, probably some of them are dead resulting in a rough idle at start, as is evident from your video Mine started in -13 like it was +20 because I changed glow plugs (Bosch) last summer and it ran on all 6 cylinders right away and smoothly. I also did just one pre-heat, unlike you ;)

E39 is produced until 2003 and you have, a 2004 one 🤦♂️🥲
@@kompot2990 2004 was the year where the E39 switched to E6x so there were some cars made that year. Probably depending on which market, etc.

Urban - 9~12l Highway - 5.5~7l It depends on the condition of the vehicle, also mechanical or automatic gearbox. Weather conditions also affect.
