Hello Maam, i used to watch your videos a lot as it is really inspiring. Alhamdulillah i have lost around 10 kg in 1 year. I am 64 from 74.90 kg. Though i didn't leave carbohydrates completely, i took them by counting calorie. I tried several recipes of yours and got inspired from you. My target is to reach 50kg. I had left diet a bit as well but i am enjoying it now. After all, we all deserve to look good. Best of luck everyone. I would like to suggest everyone to have regular exercise, it burns fat and gives good body shape. Move your body guys, do Cardio.
Tips to follow with diet: 1. 7-8hrs sleep is imp. (Maintain a time) 2. 3-3.5ltrs water per day 3. Don’t take stress 4. check weight DAILY Diet: Upon waking up: flax seed (roasted and powdered) 2tbsp in warm water Breakfast (never skip in pcod) 8-8:30am: 1-2 mix veg paratha (1cup besan, 1 cup atta for dough; add all available veggies and make without oil and serve with 1tbs ghee and chutney no curd) OTHER OPTION IS MULTI GRAIN ROTI OR OATS Mid morning snack: 1 seasonal fruit 100-150gms only (mango, watermelon etc) Lunch 1-2pm: Quinoa salad (do this use salt - only pepper and lemon) / OTHER OPTIONS Oats smoothie, other protein salad Snack 4-5pm: green tea + roasted makhana Dinner 6:30-7:30pm: milkshake (soaked almonds, 1 apple, 2 dates, cardamom powder, water) / OR JUST HAVE PROTEIN SHAKE Night drink: Ashoka tea (ashoka ki chhal - add in water and boil, serve Luke warm) Don’t eat salt after 7pm it will help lose weight faster.

I ve lost 7-8 kg in 3 months.. But my teenage daughter needs to loose 15kg , but she is not consistent in following your diet, she is very depressed. What to do for her? Please suggest something which can reduce her weight quickly. She is crazy for sweet things and she can't regist if someone offers chocolate or biscuits..
