"Goblin with no head" is quite esoteric and specific start for a joke. "he is okay now" is like one of the most common saying your firends might say. How is he okay? It does not explain anything. And why something specific like "goblin with no head" be just "okay". Was "no head" an imparement or he was like this to begin with? Is he "okay" without the head or he got it back somehow? This situation is just so absurd there is nothing sensical about it, one can only laugh because such thing cannot be. You expect something clever and funny but you get "he is okay now", how else can you react to such improper answer?
The funniest part of this video is watching Barry's genuinely flabbergasted reactions to these bizarre kids jokes. Also, I personally find the kids' jokes to be funnier

I think this would work well if the people who aren't playing were allowed to laugh. There obviously needs to be another driving force to making people laugh and if these (mostly) terrible jokes are failing, may as well get another laughter factor in there.
