What about making it a few days before Thanksgiving cutting it into cubes and letting it dry and then using it for stuffing? Do you think that would work?

Potato Babka is pretty dense, so I'm not sure it would act the same as a bread based stuffing, but if you give it a try let me know how it worked! Thanks for watching!

Hi, just watched and enjoyed your video. I am looking for a recipe that my mother and grandmother used to make. It's a polish or Ukrainian dish and they all called it polish potatoes. She has since passed away and cannot find the recipe. I'm hoping you could help. The potatoes are sliced like scalloped potatoes. They are then baked with onions, vinegar and lard, served hot. I have desperately been looking everywhere for this recipe or if someone knows of some type of variation of the dish. I miss my mother dearly and wished I would have paid more attention to how she cooked all these wonderful dishes. Thanks, Robert
