Were you sleeping on board, are there places where you could put up a small tent at dusk on the bank? Also noticed that one of two wanderers had a petrol outboard and the other an electric. What are your thoughts on them as I need to get an outboard for my boat (12¼ foot) ? Regards Phil
Hi Phil. Yes, sleeping aboard - very comfortable. I have land camped before discreetly, but its worth knowing where in advance. The electric outboard person is buying a petrol outboard at the moment as he embarks on longer cruises and the battery one isn't suitable. Battery is fine for a weekend. Lightest 4stroke engine is the Suzuki which is a very good engine. Any lighter and you'd have to find s used 2stroke. Matt
Спасибо!

I am also curious about electric, especially for a wee 8-footer (2.5 m.) Thanks.

Hi Matt, thanks for the reply. Your thoughts on the motors mirror (no pun intended) mine. Hopefully will get to the Broads next summer. Regards Phil
Great looking boats the wayfarers. I've got a gp14 myself. But wayfarer could be my future boat or wanderer. Both smart little ships
