Always bring the gas mask and a weapon. It’s also good to bring the map, flashlight, Boy Scout book, Medkit if you can, and the radio. Those are key items to longer survival. Make sure to bring AT LEAST 2 soup and 2 water. If you ration well, 2 soup cans for 4 members can last 10 days. Same with the waters. Remember, give them food and water every 5 days. More members in the shelter means less food and water. It’s always good to send people out for scavenging. In my opinion, it’s best to send out Timmy. You don’t necessarily need him to survive, and he’s good with bringing back a lot of stuff. Keep one of the parents alive. You need an adult to win. You can keep both alive, that’s good.
