I used to do this, but I realized it made my dancing sloppy and i was completely missing small steps. Now I would personally would start slow, around 0.5x speed, then gradually increase the speed by 0.05-0.15x until you are doing the dance at 1x!
lemme just say the second part of the chorus is one of the hardest things i've ever danced because i have terrible balance and i'm learning in a small place

Something I recommend is practicing on counts with a metronome. Start around 100 bpm and do it 3 times successfully on that time. Then move on to 110, and so on. The bpm for this song is 150, so when you get there, you’re up to speed.
day 1: learned up to 3:19 - my arms ache but it's okay because i need the practice so.. it's really fast so I do the lesson on 0.5x in the youtube settings, then speed up to 0.75x and then 0.1x. Then i got to twice's dance practice (mirrored) and do it until i get it there! thank you so much leia!! Day 2: Learned up to the post chorus! I'm so happy 😊. I think that's like the majority of the dance as much of it is repeated after this Day 21: I completely forgot to finish this dance, so I came back today as I've been thinking about thiS song a lot. Day 22: We're finished! Illdefinetly continue practicing as its not perfect, but thank you leia ❤❤
