I have the Weber Q3200. I bought a griddle for one side. Maybe their is a aftermarket side shelf made of metal out their. My grill is right next to a patio table, so I never put anything on the shelfs. What did people do with the original Weber charcoal sputnik grills?

Brats in a bagel? I’ve seen prepackaged hot dogs like that, but as usual, Tom delivers another must try!

This is almost exactly my method. Slight variation...beer, onions, butter and a clove or 2 of garlic. Very good!
