just found this episode - posted seven years ago. Loved it!
Very clever to include a chart for host, & nectar plants. After all, caterpillars need to eat!
The chart at the end was so helpful, great episode and amazing advice and information, thank u!
5:42 a little late but if anyone is wanting to propagate just drop the seeds on some sandy soil and cover with mesquite leaf mulch and they will grow
Might want to add mexican sunflower to the host list. I've got hundreds of bordered patch caterpillars eating my mexican sunflowers. Fortunately they are growing faster than the caterpillars can eat them.
Oh yes, and i'm sure they grow it--just not enough time to include every great plant. I love Mexican sunflowers in my garden!
Too bad Trump's wall will distroy the center.
But what about our country? Think about the repercussions of allowing 100s of thousands of people not knowing anything about them and what they may bring like sicknesses that we don't have here. If they can come in so can very dangerous people. Our country can afford this overload.
They can always build another thankfully
