I hope I can deadlift 252kg by the end of 2025. I will not be attempting to lift 252 over my head though, that takes superhuman strength to be able to do that.
If you can deadlift 250 you could probably clean & jerk 150, still will be lifting most people's max squat over your head. Hell you can even clean & jerk 100 kg. Still be a lot more impressive than 250 kg deadlift.
I do a Deadlift session every 7 to 10 days with usually 30 to 40 kg , using a slow controlled movement for intensity, occasionally ill go heavy for a little variety 😊
