Rohan Joshi is a multi-talented artist who works as a comedian, RUclipsr, actor, and writer. He is well-known for his work in All India Bakchod, where he scripted and starred in numerous RUclips sketches. Currently, he appears in Tanmay Bhat's reaction videos. Rohan also has a comedy special on Amazon Prime called Wake N Bake. Besides comedy, he enjoys writing, live performances, streaming, and playing the drums.
Sahiba Bali
Sahiba Bali is an Indian actor and content creator who is best known for her performance in the movie Laila Majnu and Bard of Blood. In the past, she worked as a Brand Manager for Zomato, where she was responsible for enhancing the brand's visibility and also starred in their ads and RUclips videos. Later, she joined Unacademy as the Associate Director of Marketing. Sahiba has a diverse career in various fields, ranging from her Bachelor's degree in Economics to pursuing her passion for theatre through movies and also creating content online.

A few friendly tips for the host from the point of view of a viewer
1. It is not about you. Create space for your guests to speak and then let them speak.
2. If you're late, you are late. Don't tell the guest it's your fault for being early (didn't sound like a joke).
3. Practice non verbal communication. If the guest is speaking but you are playing with your hair, shifting too much or not making eye contact (and for some reason, the cameraman is showing so much of it ), it is distracting for the viewer (and I'm assuming possibly for the guest too)

1) I kinda disagree, it's not a conversation, she's a host who's supposed to get the guests speak more, she must be encouraging instead

3) editing might be bad, but she still needs to learn about body language as a host, how to present urself as a host

The host needs to work on interpersonal skills and a crash course on being a Host.
She was rude from the very beginning. She should have been apologetic for being late and instead she said- 'if you came early, that's not my problem'. Guess what, you being jet lagged and being late isn't their problem either.
Kept cutting Rohan and Sahiba while they were speaking. Kudos to Sahiba and Rohan that they kept the vibe positive throughout the podcast.
