Access Control is one of those security topics that seems super complicated from the outside but can be understood by studying the pieces of the whole. What did you think of our explanation? Let us know here in the comments!
Thanks for sharing man! Starting my own locksmith company and I don't have much experience with electric strikes. Every shop I've worked for had a special tech that handled them because a "Low Voltage" certification was required in the province of BC. Fortunately it is not needed where I'm starting up.
Lol yeah after I watched the video I realized I missed that. I don’t have a script or anything when making these videos I just shoot from the hip and sometimes I forget somethings. Anyway thx for watching HKS Systems! - Uriah

How do you Bypass it when there's No Electricity?
@@zulu_mafia well if your a locksmith just pick the lock then you by pass it, or it’s fairly easy to wedge open the latch also.

Nice overview! N/O N/C is usually called fail-safe OR fail-secure options in strike specifications. Different wording for the same options.

how does a key manually rotate to open the lever from the outside??
This wasn't covered.
If it locks when you go in, say a residence, how do you unlock it from inside?
The lever that engages with the strike is always unlocked from the inside, so you just push the lever down and exit.
