You are right , the average people is exposed by chemicals by their hygiene and washing products . bad for yourself and your environment . Cloths with synthetic fibers are the most polluting for the water by washing them leaving small plastics in the water. I use washing nuts myself for years and never go back. Making my own soap and toothpaste with coconut oil and baking soda and some flavor oils for the smell or taste. And use natural fibers . Cotton hemp or linen
