It's okay. Not great, but not terrible. The buff that made ammunition racks easier to detonate from the penetrator rod colliding makes destroying USSR and Chinese MBTs easier (although they can still be quite difficult). Nato MBTs don't have the issue of ammo racks being completely exposed, as well as their spall liners, make them much much more difficult to destroy than before. It should probably go down to 11.0, or they should increase the reload rate to 1.0s and buff the dart's stats to make it more fair.

Bradley has gen 2 thermals, IRST Tracker and ATGM's but is slow and have less pen and gun depression, the HSTV-L is more of an sidegrade than an upgrade, it has no p right being 11.3 while there are things like 2S38, PUMA, BMP at 10.0

Its actually pretty good, it excels in urban maps and close range maps. Its not as good as the 2S38 but its still a great kill and run vehicle.
