    IRS enforcement is still way down compared to pre-pandemic levels. If taxpayers are not receiving those nasty IRS letters in the mail, then they have no incentive to square away their unfiled returns. I don't see enforcement increasing anytime soon either as we enter an election year. Harassing citizens over their taxes is not a vote winner.

      Yup, IRS enforcement is definitely still down. No question there. That said, we've seen an uptick in ROs assigned to big non-filer cases at least in the leads we're getting and closing. But for taxes already assessed...yeah we're definitely still down.

    Quick question-I can I still submit an offer of compromise/offer less amount while am in payment agreement t with IRS?
    Great video-looking forward to skimming through iRS handbook
    Owe over $26000 for 2021 and just filed back in October and just received notice from IRS of amount owe with penalties and interest
