One advise I can give you after making tracks with my friend, especially if you are on flat land you should consider digging a hole next to the jump, so you can make some connexion with the side of the track helping the water getting off the front of the jump on rainy day, and you will have a nice water suply in the hole for track maintenance, olso you can use the dirt of the hole for making more jumps :)
Skid steer will clean all that in no time. They work great for finish work, much faster than the backhoe,Looking great! just takes time, you'll get-r-done.
This looks awesome! I love what you are doing! A few years ago I did something similar to what you have done with old bikes and rebuilt a 2001 yz125 from the ground up. Nothing was left untouched, and the bike is amazing now! Then my friend and I were able to make a track on his farm. Your channel reminds me so much of memories of working on bikes and building a track. Cheers!
sick dude. I am practicing building up my little track on my property. I don't have the heavy machine equipment thow so I am making more of a rut track with the bike and a shovel.
That entirely depends on operator efficiency, source material location/consistency and how much material is being added/subtracted. I would guess over 120g of fuel on a project this size to make it perfect...even with world class operators. Tracked dozers like a D6 or D8 make stupid quick work of dirt moving and especially packing down tight. Hay bails work GREAT to sculpt berms, banks, tables, halfpipes, spines, etc.
I get to live out the same dream your living! I recently moved to a 35 acre farm and got my hands on a skid and put together a half decent turn track, about a minute and a half lap time so it’s not bad, allot of fun and a big hit with my buddies! Hoping to get a machine again real soon to do some improvements to make it better! Very excited to see the work you are doing on yours keep it up!
2Stroke Luvvr I rode his track when he first laid it out, the ruts were from tilling the track, so it was pretty much a flat track with some berms. But ruts introduce a whole new level of difficulty to riding and forces you to push your self past your comfort level!
That's so cool! Yes time management is huge. If you're going to build a bigger track where a lot of dirt is being moved, I'd recommend getting a large machine for scraping and moving dirt, then a skid steer for shaping. Best of luck!
has a tractor for a limited time to build a track, builds a tabletop. My dude imagine all the things that could've been made with that middle dirt haha.
your videos are improving. I subscribed and wait for each one. Nice job. Please don't change and start pushing merchandise or crap products. Just keep doing you and the success will follow. I've been looking for this type of channel even before youtube was invented. I just wish I was 30 years younger. I may have taken a different path!
Very cool bro ! I'm doing same thing I just sold my house, bought some land and I'm living in a camper while building my outdoor track and a new home . A little slow on uploading videos of my progress so this mOTOvates me .✊🏼
I live in the high desert of Southern California and My buddies and I build a sand/reg dirt track years ago 2 miles from our houses when We was racing 80's still on the side of some nice sized rolling hills so there would be some elevation. It has deep woops/roller sections a 75 foot step-up & two step-downs, 2 tabletops the biggest is 65ft, two hill climbs which are pretty steep, a hill side kicker that's about 80ft idk the right measurements because we just built that jump recently. The burms are great after 9 years of riding them and adding dirt so they form right. Its like a motocross/Gncc/desert courts all in one. We race District 37 desert racing so we build the track around that but with some Moto sections and some technical sections as well. We also have a 25 mile desert course we made that goes out to the outskirts of Barstow California and back to Apple Valley where we live and we per run it in my buddies fully spec trophy truck which Is a fun/scary time at night lol but like seeing people build their own tracks and how they lay them out.
Gotta rent big gear on Saturday so ya get 48 hours for the price of a single day. Cool project...u have quite the little spread out there. Need a bigboy pants 110' trip on the back straight!!
We have a track at our house and we've built jumps with just top soil and it sucked so we dug deeper and got clay to put on top and it was so much better
hey Bro ... this is heck of a track .... i am from india and i am also planning for a track here in India ...even though we dont have much offroad bikes here😁😁😁 .. still some drone shots will help to get me an idea...
If you live in WA state I can come help you I run equipment for a living. With a dozer we could have a sick track done in three maybe four days. I wouldn’t charge you anything but ride time lol
Good start to a track. Takes a long time to pile up dirt with a backhoe, especially tabl tops. Not trying to be negative but, takeoff on the table looks steep compared to the landing. Unless you plan on throwing some js7 scrubs over it, might want to tame the takeoff down, or lengthen and make landing steeper. Seems like tables work best when takeoff and landing are of same angle, IMO. Ride the the track, burn in some lines, see how it flows, and go from there. Nice thing is that dirt can always be moved and it’s convenient, with minor changes, to be able to run a track in both directions.
When the track it done send a drone up so we can see a bird eye view of it 👍🏼 loving all your videos by the way. Really wish I could have my very own track ☹️ good luck. From uk 👍🏼

Make more of building a track!!!!!!!!
Will do!
I agree a lot we want a lot of build track video!
Skid steer will clean all that in no time. They work great for finish work, much faster than the backhoe,Looking great! just takes time, you'll get-r-done.

You should buy a used skid steer!
Just curious how much fuel this would cost or how many hours on the tractor it'd take.
This backhoe burned 2 gallons per hour. I had put 10 hours on the hour meter.
Curious how many gallons it'd take to make a track. Keep track of it!
Please keep track of the fuel used. I'm very interested in how much a 310 uses building one.

4:31 That beat drop.. Fye!! lol
Awsome man!!!
Looks sick. I built a track that big in 6 hours on a d-4 probably the coolest thing I’ve ever done Haha. Love playing in the dirt
If you build it they will come

Thanks man! Hey gotta dream big right?
Nice, going to have some fun on that...
No doubt!
Heck ya man! The track was sick when it was just ruts, now with jumps? This should be sick!
2Stroke Luvvr I rode his track when he first laid it out, the ruts were from tilling the track, so it was pretty much a flat track with some berms. But ruts introduce a whole new level of difficulty to riding and forces you to push your self past your comfort level!
Yeah Auzzie I can't wait to finish her up! You'll be coming out in the spring time no doubt!
Your a beast! Keep getting your dreams. Nice work
Thanks Jesse! Much more to come
We are going to start ours next year, I'm nervous but excited. Time management with a rental is gonna be key like your situation.

Great Track
Thanks!
I want to try the track😂
nice the place where you live and complements the motocross track
Thanks!
Heck man you should by a set of maybe 3 starting gates that would top it off
That'd be sweet!
Cameron Niemela thanks for liking
It’s a pain in the ass doing all the scraping I’ve been working on my track for months.
so satisfying watching the timelapse lol
I totally see that bank dude!

Thank You!! Lots more to come

Very cool bro ! I'm doing same thing
I just sold my house, bought some land and I'm living in a camper while building my outdoor track and a new home . A little slow on uploading videos of my progress so this mOTOvates me .✊🏼
so lucky dude! id love to have my own track!
Living the dream
Youre so lucky you have perfect dirt Im making one in southern cali and its soo sandy its basically silt
how long was that first table?
Any tips for building a small SX track?
Today’s gonna be freeeeeeken awsum
I live in the high desert of Southern California and My buddies and I build a sand/reg dirt track years ago 2 miles from our houses when We was racing 80's still on the side of some nice sized rolling hills so there would be some elevation. Do you did the track in 1 day?
Gotta rent big gear on Saturday so ya get 48 hours for the price of a single day. Cool project...u have quite the little spread out there. Need a bigboy pants 110' trip on the back straight!!
Love the vids keep it up
Thanks!
How many trucks of dirt?
Better put some compaction to it tho bro. Top soil washes away and ruts super easy. No hate just some advice. Love the videos.
its not gonna be like a public moto track with 100s of riders its pretty much just going to be him so that's really not a concern
Thats what you want in a backyard track, easy rut forming, deep ruts for good training, and easy reworking of features.
We have a track at our house and we've built jumps with just top soil and it sucked so we dug deeper and got clay to put on top and it was so much better
Hay bails and HEAVY dozer.
I have a 1996 Honda CR80r and it runs pretty good but it doesn’t idle. What could be the problem?
Aaron CR13 adjust the idle screw
It’s not the idle screw. I’ve tried that already. It only idles for about 2 seconds and then dies
Pilot (slow) jet may be clogged with junk.
How many acres is this
Do you live in Colorado?
I'm in WA
hey Bro ... this is heck of a track ....
i am from india and i am also planning for a track here in India ...even though we dont have much offroad bikes here😁😁😁 ..
still some drone shots will help to get me an idea...
turn the low spot you are getting your dirt from into a pond
Damn how many tons of soil is that??
If you live in WA state I can come help you I run equipment for a living. With a dozer we could have a sick track done in three maybe four days. I wouldn’t charge you anything but ride time lol
The big double should be motivating enough......would be nice if you had some friends that could drive equipment, would def speed things up!
Where do you live? Looks like a nice place👍
WA state
Dang your place is beautiful
I need to build a track, i'm always buying dirt bikes but none of them are ever taken to a track or on any kind of jumps.
Would love to spin a few laps on your track 😍😍
When it’s complete
I wish I lived by you. I have heavy equipment and no property to build on☹️
Darn, that'd be awesome!
make the track more harder like on some straits more bumps
I'm so early the video is only available in 360p...
When I got here it said he was still filming.
How
damn if only i was your neighbour ,haha
Bro can you give me plan of the project i would like to make the same track as you! Thanks alot just dont stop !
you should put a pond in the middle of the track so if your friend crash they will fall in the pond
Ahahaha
Cameron how many acres do you live on?
20

Haha, no track drawings here:)
Make a video were you show the track...
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🇧🇷👍
Rent a bulldozer.
Hi
Yo!
When the track it done send a drone up so we can see a bird eye view of it 👍🏼 loving all your videos by the way. Really wish I could have my very own track ☹️ good luck. From uk 👍🏼
Definitely will get a drone out here while it's being build and when it's all finished. Thanks for watching!!
big track lol
Only if he had a dozer
You should honestly just buy a cat because if ur gonna run a track by ur self you can’t keep renting a tractor just buy a cat
i would got a real tractor and a big bucket
Will be hard to whip off a jump with that steep of a face.
halo burger would want do to do do to hey hey I got a manager who was on
First
thareal13 ayeeee

I have a 1996 Honda CR80r and it runs pretty good but it doesn’t idle. What could be the problem?
