The original hardcore was wicked and hardcore today is bang at that quality thanks to people like dougal who has been there from the start and is still true to the music i cant understand how some people that used to like it back in the day but now say its crap what the fuck is wrong with them ?

Fair play to ol Dougal. RESPECT..but I always swerved (to Room 2 or wherever) for his sets: way too cheesy and shiny for me!!! Still, many people liked it so there you go. Many styles make the scene wild ... thought Bukem's 93 NYE set was a bit stop and start. But give me LTJ any day.

Steven Champion I kind of switched off after 93 when they dropped breakbeats. It became cheesy IMO.
Dreamscape 6, 7 and 8 were his best sets.
Used to like how Dougal would do a bit of a walk around before his set.
Started raving/listening to Vibealite at the age of 12, Dougal is one of the legends!! Big up all the Vibealite & Mansfield crew!
FWIW not a big fan of cheese but milwaukees back in the day 93/94 formation ruled.you got some proper tunes out of them guys.
