Mark is a good actor. Thai dialogue is generally delivered like slow molasses anyway, but when he's silent between lines you can see his mind processing, reacting to what he's just heard and thinking about what he will say. A lot of these young actors just look blank when they're not talking.
BTW, Mark should totally go with Nuea. Hot, funny, nice and honest about his sexuality. Of course Mark will go with Vee, who is hot, a bit dull and conflicted about his sexuality.

Vee is an amazing character, if you read the novel you going to understand more Vee, nobody see that he is in pain too, everyone only say "I hate Vee" "I don't like him" "Mark deserved better". But both deserved better, because Vee is getting hurt to, Mark is not the only one with feelings, you only see Mark side of the story, but ignore Vee. His family almost kicked out his brother of the house because he is bisexual, and his parents always say to Vee "you have to get marry to a girl", they always say to Vee that he needs to be with a girl, and now he is having feeling for a boy, he is confuse, because that is not what he knows, he only know to be with a girl, to love a girl, he dosen't know what kind of feeling he has for Mark. I love Vee character the most, one of my favorite of all bl.
